The hotel location waa ideal; close to major tram hub and waking distance to most attractions. Staff was unbelievably superb. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. Breakfast choices outstanding!! One of best hotels I’ve used

Room is clean but relatively smaller than what was expected from pictures. the toilette is extra small and can not fit more than 1 person when the room is for 2 people.

Great location a sort walk from a major tram interchange Street is slightly quieter than centre but not isolated. Room was very large - not expected for a city hotel. Free water from a fountain in reception and free coffee pods. We didn’t select breakfast as prefer to try local bakeries etc. Nice shower - good water pressure and temperature Air con / heating was a bit fiddly Cleaning was undertaken every day to a very high standard. Would easily recommend hotel majestic

The hotel was beautiful and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was also around the corner from transportation, which we used to get to Saint-Emilion, and to and from the train station. As well, the hotel is perfectly situated for restaurants, shops and sites.

Absolute best location! Literally a one minute walk to the tram hub and opera house. Very quiet hotel which suited us just fine for this trip. Our room was huge with three large windows which opened to allow air flow. The hotel was very clean. One thing that we did not like was you could not get a coffee from the machine during the breakfast hours unless you were eating breakfast (and yes, they had coffee in your room but no milk) not the end of the world but kind of silly really. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Super location so close to the bus depot that takes you everywhere but easily walkable too. Great part of town. Staff was so nice to accommodate our luggage and call taxis.

Internet was fast.. air con kept room cool! Staff were over the top amazing! So kind and courteous very polite and eager to get you whatever you needed with kindness! The cleaning staff were outstanding as well! Lovely polite and extremely helpful! Beds & pillows were comfortable rooms well appointed! All in all we had an amazing stay at the Majestic Hotel close to everything! Thank you to all the staff!!!
