Everything was great

The hotel is nice and de location is good if you’re there for to do something around the area. The room is good, just comes out of the faucet drops of water. The room had a dishwater machine, fridge, stove, but not one plate, cup, pans, nothing. This is not fare. No one cup for to drink water. Ahhh a small bottle of water cost R$ 15,00 but at the same street cost R$ 4,00. Continuing… no amenities in the room. Excuse me, the hotel is not a B&B but is poor like a rat.

Nice property. Good breakfast. Pool is outdoor and small. Lights in the corridor take too long to come on after entering the hall. I always had to walk about 5-7 seconds in total darkness until the motion sensors turned on the lights in the corridors.

This Is an excellent option to stay when in Sao Paulo. Nice, modern and very neat rooms, excellent staff service and very good food.

This is an excellent option if you're looking for a comfortable, clean and nice hotel.

Good location, overal good amenities. The shelves on the closet were a little dusty. Some equipment at the exercise room was broken, and no water was available. The exercise room was too small and could use more cleaning. I loved the towel warmer! Good view of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Bem demorado o check in e deram a chave de um quarto que já tinha gente, travesseiros muito ruim e somente dois no quarto, não tinha mais que um copo, sem talheres, sem sabonete, sem shampoo. No banheiro o sistema do chuveiro é muito ruim, uma cadeira que dobra para cima na parede abriu e bateu com tremenda força no meu joelho, poderia ter machucado bastante. Achei uma baratinha no chão. A sacadinha com um ar condicionado jogando ar quente em você é de péssimo design.

Hotel Itself was very very good! Location and amenities in immediate area was lacking but the hotel was fabulous.

Bem localizado para nossa viagem, que era para assistir a um show no Espaço Unimed. Quarto espaçoso com varanda. Cama ruim por ser daquelas que ficam guardadas na parede quando não estão em uso. Serviço da recepção desinteressado.

Quarto amplo e limpo, banheiro grande, varanda. Serviço na recepção frio e, na maioria das vezes, com má vontade.

The staff was so very friendly. I felt the rooms could have been cleaned much deeper. The floors looked clean in the rooms but if you yook a few steps on it in white socks, your socks will need to be changed.
