Friendly sraff, quality food, recommend the spa. Unfortunately the hot chocolate machine was broken and the rooms were very cold at night.

Clean room including bathroom, comfortable bed, welcoming staff. Lots of noisy seagulls in the morning though, but hey, this is the seaside!

All aspect were excellent, including parking and breakfasts. Only thing I did not use was the evening meal- no REAL fish dishes for Devon anyway. Near the sea give us FISH and a good choice of daily fresh caught!!!!

As it was the first time we visited this hotel we were impressed with its overall ambiance. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and tidy and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Welcoming staff, fabulous pool facilities and the real bonus was first rate entertainment. Magician and cabaret on a Sunday night was a perfect way to round of a weekend stay.

Lovely hotel in a great position, clean rooms, it was extremely hot though and no air con or fan provided. Nice big smart tv in the room also tea & coffee facilities. We had a sea view overlooking the pier. Breakfast was average, they need to have warm plates though as the beans were stone cold when I got to the table but I think they were cold when I put them on my plate! Plenty of choice for breakfast that was self service. We used the swimming pool as well, had an hour slot that was pre booked, had to pay an extra £5 for this as we were only bed and breakfast. Overall pleased with our stay here.

Breakfast was not as good as normal it is now a help yourself buffet and the standards have decreased, not enough thought into it.

Great location, free parking, very friendly staff and an amazing breakfast included in my rate. My room was bijou but it did the job. I was also very impressed that the manager personally responded to me when I left some feedback.

The Hotel service didn't start off very well. Despite having paid up front through Hotels.com - the receptionist was determined that I still needed to pay. This was despite me having the credit card statement showing the payment - and the Hotels.com receipt. Turned out.. they needed to charge the service provider. If you are considering to use the Hotel restaurant- don't bother. The chances are they will be fully booked with their Coach visitors. And there's only options between 6-8.30 pm. The rooms are ok at best. No form of air con - so open windows. Which with the amount of Seagull activity (or Wednesdays Bike Night)- better have some very good ear plugs. The bathroom was tired. Oh and forget about advertised Platinum perks. Feedback really is a gift.

Staff were brilliant and menu fine and very reasonably priced. Spa was a bonus, especially the pool but will soon need refurbishing. Real ale, Otter, nice surprise. Down side was the EV charging, which was essential for us. When I phoned Project no one was in the office. This is not acceptable. They rang me back 24 hours later!

So quite a big hotel in good location in Paignton. Plenty of free parking and EV charging on site. Staff all very friendly and helpful (we were initially given the wrong type of room but this was quickly rectified). Room was decent size, clean and had everything we needed. Bathroom and bedroom generally looking a bit tired and dated but given the price, we couldn’t be too picky. Had breakfast on one of the days. It was reasonable but the cooked breakfast was quite small so we felt it didn’t represent great value for money for the £12 ea it cost, particularly if you were very hungry. Overall enjoyed the stay for the price paid and would return if we were coming back to Paignton.
