Nice hotel but they need to maintain the hotel and the water at showers takes a while for hot water

Terrible breakfast, juice coffee toast and 9 slices of fruit

I like this property when I travel to Durango City, Mexico but there is room to improve the quality of the rooms as there are several issues that with more attention preventive maintenance will help us to enjoy our stay in this hotel. But overall I had a satisfactory experience but I recommend the above more preventive maintenance

Convenient to shopping and restaurants

The restaurante and bar are not working, the room is dirty and dusty, cero hangers in the closet and they gave us a 2 queen instead of King bed.

Staying here every time we go to Durango! Great service the employees are always very helpful

Las camas son comodas y las habitaciones tienen buen espacio

El único detalle es el wifi no funciona por lo tanto no puedes ver programas de plataforma como el Netflix

Muy buena atencion Estacionamiento amplio Habitaciones comodas, limpias y modernas El desayuno es muy basico pero esta excelente ya que es un plus Aparte esta la opcion de comprar un desayuno mas completos por una minima cantidas Esta en un area donde esta todo muy cercas

Deben tener mas cuidado en la limpieza , pero en general bien

La atención fue excelente, está muy céntrico, tiene muchas Tiendas cercanas que son de uso general, el centro y el mercado a muy corta distancia
