Nice guesthouse with great position for exploring Chiang Rai. Our room was clean, comfortable with small bathroom. We had towels, fridge and hair-dryer in the room. The only inconvenience was loudness of rain falling on the roof, we could not sleep one night because of that. On Saturday there is big Night Market right in front of the guesthouse. We had a family stay at Suantung Coffee & Guesthouse from 10–11 September 2025. Although the property has a limited number of staff, the cleanliness, peaceful surroundings, and the friendly, welcoming behaviour of the team were truly commendable. They went the extra mile to arrange a rental car for us at a very competitive price, which made our trip much smoother. Breakfast was simple with limited options, but everything served was tasty and more than enough to satisfy our appetite. One thing to keep in mind: after 5:00 pm there is no staff available on-site to assist with additional needs, so it’s better to plan ahead. Overall, it’s a cosy and well-kept guesthouse with great hospitality — a good choice for a pleasant stay in Chiang Rai.

Very central location, close to many monuments. The room was very clean, and the staff were warm and kind. Excellent breakfast.

Stayed here two nights in October 2024. I rate this property with 5* because it was absolutely fabulous for its price/service relation. The room was ok + amazing breakfast included. Also our friends who stayed elsewhere had breakfast with us per fair price. The Lady of the house was super welcoming and caring. We didn’t experience any issues or problems. Amazing place considering the price. Please, note this is a guest house and not a luxurious hotel.
