The hotel is only 5 minutes from Kyoto Station. Take the underground east line and exit the station.

But be careful because there is Ms. Est, there are several branches so don't get them mixed up.

Convenient location, close to Kyoto Station. A famous ramen shop is across the street. The housekeeping staff refills water daily. Very satisfied.

"I stayed at The M’s Est Kyoto Station South, and the location is excellent—just a 5-7 minute walk from Kyoto Station and very close to public transportation (bus and subway). The room I chose was comfortable enough for two people, but since I was traveling solo, it felt even more spacious. It comes with a water heater, and they provide two bottles of water and green tea daily (though I wish they offered coffee too, as I’m more of a coffee person). The bed itself was okay, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. They felt like they were filled with some kind of beads/grains, which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. On the bright side, the shower pressure was amazing! It was so strong that it felt like getting a mini-massage on my back and head. 😬 In terms of food, there’s a Japanese curry place right across the street, and Family Mart/Daily convenience stores are nearby. The price was quite reasonable, likely because mid-February isn't peak season

the location is perfect, you can go to Kyoto station in only 5mins (++passing thru a family mart as a plus point!) but also close to another bus station stop. another service is just so so with a usual Japan room space ((which: just a tiny hotel room))

Large rooms are close to shopping centers, including FamMart, Sevel, and a big mall, all within a 5-minute walk. It's only a short distance from the train station. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby.

The location is strategically located near Kyoto Station. Coco Ichibanya is across the street. Check-in was handled smoothly by staff who spoke Indonesian. There's a washing machine and dryer available, too. If you're busy, there's a coin laundry nearby. Overall, a great experience.

Strategically located hotel, quite close to Kyoto Station (South Exit). Nearby are Family Mart, a coin laundry, and directly in front of the hotel is Coco Ichibanya and a ramen restaurant.

The hotel was 8-10 mins walk from Kyoto Station (the backside), making it strategic (but can be quiet difficult to navigate at first). It was so much better than our expectation; spacious (for Japanese business hotel standard), clean sheets and bathroom, good sound insulation. Definitely worth every price. Would love to stay there again when we have the chance.

The second time staying at this hotel. Very close to Kyoto station and during this Kyoto visit, we were taking a taxi visiting Fushimi Inari and other places since Kyoto is not as crowded as Tokyo.

The best hotel during my holiday in Japan and if I return to Kyoto, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The hotel staff were very helpful and added value for Indonesians; there were staff who were Indonesian, so it made us feel comfortable settling in. The hotel location is strategic, close to Kyoto station, bus stop for the Gion line, mini market, and there is a delicious Coco Ichibanya curry restaurant right next to the hotel. The hotel rooms are also suitable and comfortable, and you can leave your suitcase first at the hotel reception if it's not time to check-in or after check-out. Overall, best hotel and I recommend this hotel.
