The weather is quite cold, but the room does not cover mattress, thin blankets, hard pillows, making it difficult to sleep. Clean rooms but poor service.

Nice room, full facilities. Only the power outlet design is very inconvenient. the staff are all happy, especially the morning shift sister is very nice. the other two were in the afternoon shift and the night was a bit uncomfortable. But the owner is very hospitable (point of favor). If I come to Gia Lai, I will come here again

I quite like this hotel. Staff was very nice, I came early. The reception gave early check-in and no waiting

When I went to bed, I saw mouse on the ceiling. Although I moved 3 rooms and from 1 floor to 2 floor but it was still big mouse and it run all night. I have booking on app 2 weeks before arrival day but when I come there, it take a long time for receptionist to find my booking.

Good fully equipped but lacks comb :))
