Looks beautiful and colourful interior. Nice rooftop. Pubcrawl was not great because the pubs were not very lively but free flamenco bar only minutes away. Great central location and nice hostel overall! Washroom shows r very tiny though but overall good hostel

Close to the cathedral. Unique and quaint room.

I enjoyed my stay here. They offer free vegetarian meals from sometimes at night and the staff have many planned events for you to go to. The staff was very kind and friendly.

El Hostel no es muy cómodo, tiene solo un espacio común en el que está la cocina, una zona chill para leer y la recepción. Los cuartos son pequeños para la cantidad de camas que tienen y no hay espacio para dejar tus cosas, excepto debajo de la cama en un locker q hace mucho ruido al abrir, cualquier cosa que dejes queda en el pasillo por dónde pasan el resto de los del cuarto. En mi caso tampoco funcionaba la luz de noche, y un día tampoco funcionaba el agua caliente, igual lo solucionaron rápido ofreciendo bañarme en otro Hostel enfrente. La noche en que llegué hubo 3 casos de huéspedes que llegaron pensando que tenían un cuarto privado, pero en realidad era una cama en habitación compartida, así que cuidado leer bien lo que reservan.

The main good thing about this hostel was the location. 2min walk to the cathedral and the real alcaraz. 15min walk to plaza de espana. The hostel itself was old, not modern at all, the window in our room wouldn’t close, the shower door broke (on my last day so didn’t care much since I was leaving), the bunk beds only had a curtain on the bottom bunk so people on the top bunk had no privacy or shield from lights being turned on at all hours, the walls are thin so heard lots of noise. Main pro is the location, everything else was meh

Had to leave early and change accommodation as I wasn’t comfortable. Staff seemed friendly but my room was not as pictured at all - it was unclean and basic and very outdated and I felt uncomfortable. Didn’t feel like there was a decent common area apart from the rooftop which was open sometimes but often had bugs/cockroaches roaming about on the terrace !

The staff was friendly and there were social opportunities, but our room smelled like it had water damage and mildew. The staff kept the property clean, but there was a stench.

Good enough, very loud all night long. Every 15 minutes from 1:30-4:30am someone kept opening the door (staff members). Door has a buzzer attached.

The best thing about this hostel is the location! You really can't beat that. It was just a very short walk from so many great sites. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby, too. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and straight forward. The bathrooms were very small, cramped, and not very private. There was one sink for the whole floor. Also, the beds squeaked a lot whenever someone moved. It was bad enough to wake you up, too. Also, noise from the common area below was really loud late at night, even with the windows closed. Definitely bring your ear plugs for this stay.

The front desk lady was incredibly nice but the guy was a little hyper I think it’s the caffeine.
