Hotel is clean and nice. They lack on security in the parking lots. Someone broke into my car by breaking a window and stole several things from inside. They looked at the security footage and they were able to find a suspicious car driving in to the parking lot(underground). Parking should only be guest accessible

Great service from all the staff in general . Parking spots are big and plenty of them. Breakfast is not included , but price is good for all you can eat buffet kids free but needs more options, I found it little limited and looks old. The plastic food containers looks old too! Limited space between them and hard to reach Lids are broken. No body soap available after 1st day And conditioner wasn’t fill up even I stayed 4 days. Pool is warm 28 degrees ! Dinner is great ! Good quality great taste ! Price average. Fan In the bathroom didn’t work !! I asked if they can Fix it or relocate me they just said will check it out or send someone but no one show up or give a reason why it doesn’t work or how it works, I asked many times seems like they just ignore me! room is beside main road might be noisy if you are a light sleeper. One of the guys wasn’t very polite when I ask if I can buy a bottle at midnight at reception. He was kind of making fun the way I asked In a rude way. Lady who did the check in wasn’t really polite either. Overall hotel is good I might come back. hopefully Reception people gets more manners training.
