The hotel is very conveniently located near the Metro, which is only a few stops to the center of the city.

Very very friendly staff. They were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Room was very comfortable and spacious.

I had an amazing time here. Emma, the manager, was warm and welcoming. she helped me called the local bank to report the ATM that took my debit card, call the tour to Rila monastery to figure out logistics for me. I decided to stay an extra day to enjoy the city. Thank you again for the wonderful service and location. The hotel is next to a local small farmer market, easy to go to the center via subway and tram. Higy recommend.

No coffee or tea facilities, no food available, laptop size television with very limited channels and not viewable from bed. Very bad bedding. Limited staff availability. Had to ask for close hangers and hair dryer.No bar facilities in the evening. definitely not going there again.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and made me feel at home right away. The rooms are enormous and consist of two separate spaces (a living room and a bedroom). They have all the amenities necessary for a perfect holiday or business trip - a large desk, fast wifi, a comfortable bed, good AC/heating, etc. Everything was spotless clean and the building is very quiet. An extra perk for business travelers is the cafe bar with an excellent selection of coffees and teas for those in need of extra caffeine :) One of the best hotels in Sofia for sure!
