Enjoy ed having agood sleep hotel was good

As a solo traveller I object to be given such a tiny room. I had a narrow single bed in a cramped room with two steps to a very small and difficult bathroom and a tiny shower. The outlook was to a dark back gully.

A feel of small traditional French hotel, tastefully decorated, with a modern bathroom, a kettle in the room, wonderful, personable staff. Location is mostly quiet, between the city and train station. There are places to eat around.

Dans la chambre une lumière au plafond à clignoté toute la nuit. Accueil épouvantable. Employée bête et méchante. J'ai demandé comme d'habitude le petit dejeuner dans la chambre. Elle m'a donné un formulaire. J'ai coche café et lui ai dit que jetais pas buen, trop fatiguee pour tout lire mais due je voulais un petit dejeuner classique. J'ai appelé le matin, redemande la même chose et elle n'a jamais voulu qu'on m'apporte autre chose qu'un café. C'est du vol pur et simple.

Very nice hotel located in a strategic position between the historical city and the train station. Staff very friendly, pleasant to talk to.

Réveillé à 8:30 par une alarme incendie et impossible de se rendormir après que ça a sonné pendant 5 bonnes minutes et personne a l’arrêter

Location is great. It’s a short walk to basically everything: food, bars, shopping…. Room is ok but needs renovation, especially the bathroom. In my room two lights were not working right (periods of flickering ), and the 2 power outlets are not easily accessible, you need crawl on the ground.

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean room. Could do with 2 bins. One in bedroom and one in bathroom.

The staff were all super helpful and experience overall was fantastic, you get actual room keys that you leave at reception. A nice touch these days. A gem in the middle of Rennes. 2 min walk from an the airport bus. Good dining and bars right there & proper market full of delights.

Hotel room booked was not like the marketing pictures. My room was TINY, no drawers, no hooks just 4 hangers. Window view was a wall and pigeon poop. Room was dark and smelled of raw sewage from the tiny bathroom. Room allocated was at the end of a dark corridor and it felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. On the 2nd day I came home and my room was unlocked, maintenance had been in to paint it!! Without any warning or prior notice, they forgot to lock the room after. I had to ask for towels one day as housekeeping didn't clean my room even though I put the sign out. There was a broken piece of glass on the floor from the previous guest not cleaned up. It was an awful experience. I asked to be moved but told a flat out NO. The rooms are NOT soundproof as stated, the room above me were noisy with furniture moving and thudding on the floor as they moved about. This hotel is barely a 1 star.
