Il Pellicano is a dream. The property is stunning and exquisitely maintained. The views are breathtaking. The staff is most gracious. The perfect place for a peaceful and restorative getaway. We tried both dining options for dinner--the informal as well as the Michelin-starred dining room--and both were excellent. The latter was one of the best meals we've ever had anywhere, and we're serious food people who live in New York. We'll be back.

The setting was beautiful and the staff could not have been more friendly and charming. A truly spoiling stay in a special place.

An amazing and exceptionally good hotel with phenomenal staff and a great view.

What a lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. I spent 3 nights here and would have happily have stayed longer. I visited in October and the weather was partly cloudy most of the time but that did not dent the enjoyment of idling by the pool or at the hotel beach or swimming in the Tyrrhenian Sea. The service was friendly, professional and instantly responsive. The food and drink were superior. The accommodations were spacious and well-appointed. My aim is to return here as soon as I can for another memorable vacation.

This hotel is truly amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and paid incredible attention to all details. The food and spa were fantastic. I only wish we stayed longer. Highly, highly recommend staying here!

Amazing from start to finish. The grounds were impeccable. The room was sophisticated, remarkable and generous in all ways. The food and service at the hotel was tremendous. Every detail was above and beyond.

Exceptional hospitality and property. My husband and I were blown away by the entire experience. The landscaping is stunning, the hotel rooms are clean and cozy, the dining was superb, and the views of the Mediterranean Sea are unmatched. Best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Absolutely incredible. I can definitely understand why people return year after year, and I already can't wait to visit again. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, luxurious yet eminently comfortable. The beachfront is paradise.

Exceptional location with a beautiful rocky beach. Old world style but showing its age a bit. Needs to spend more on maintenance - newer towels, linens, etc. Service is generally excellent and charming but there is room for improvement with better training and quality control. Had a couple of mishaps that could have been easily avoided by better operational attention to detail. Perhaps i am being a bit harsh but if Pellicano is claiming top tier standing and asking customers to pay for it, these are things that should not happen. The food at the "casual" dining restaurant is excellent and the view is breathtaking. The Michelin restaurant is awful. The cuisine was uninspiring and trite. Shallow attempts at trying to be innovative fell short. Also, the wines by glass were terrible. I would stay at this hotel again but definitely would not eat the high end restaurant.
