Avoid. The receptionist tried to make us pay twice and bizarrely was insisting a 200 Lek note was only 2 LEK??. Had to message Hotels.com who thankfully sorted it out. Got to room and curtain rail fell off, hair dryer didn't work and couldn't sit on the toilet because of an oversized double jacuzzi. Pool area basic, breakfast chaotic. Shame really because the garden were beautiful and the view of the castle over the river was stunning.

Staffs are very friendly and I’m happy with our smooth late check in. Hotel is at good location next to the river and have a little bit of view of the river and the castle on our balcony. It’s easy to get to castle or the lake side by cars. The breakfast is included and it’s very simple but for the price I paid I think it’s good value. Bathroom is good size and it’s Glassdoor covered shower instead of bath with curtain which I hate so much. Overall I would recommended this place for sure.

The Buna Park Hotel is located along the river in Shkodër, Albania. The rooms have beautiful views of the river and the castle, with a restaurant with the same setting. Very nice.

A beautiful 5-star hotel on the lake. Lovely property filled with flowers and green plants. We loved our dinner, the pool and the high-quality staff. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The check in desk is up the outside stairs above the restaurant near the playground. The staff was friendly and did everything they could when our air conditioners didn't work in either room. The ended up moving us to a bungalow on the river with working AC in both room. If they hadn't had those available, we would have left. I'm glad they were able to make the switch. The restaurant serves wonderful food, and the waiters were very attentive.

Bucolic location along the water in Shkodër facing castle. Nice to stay there for stop over. Outside pool in counpound. Internet was not always working, so mind about for business purposes. Otherwise perfect location to have meal when 30 outside 😎. Breakfast should be enhanced (poor choice) and not buffet. Good sleep, nice bed, real service and good mood in this hotel. Free shady parking..

Aftaler med personalet om opladning af elbil blev ikke overholdt og kun med meget besvær blev bilen til sidst ladet op, selvom hotellet reklamerer med denne facilitet. Kun med kraftig insisteren undgik vi at betale to gange for vores overnatninger.

giudizio complessivamente con chiaroscuri. buono il ristorante e il parcheggio. non adeguata la camera, il secondo giorno non hanno fatto le pulizie. con parecchie carenze, non c' erano neanche gli appendiabiti nell' armadio.
