The room was nice and felt clean. The breakfast was way over priced and not very good. The hot tub was nice but not nearly hot enough. The gym was super nice. Also loved the location.

Clean, excellent attentive staff in every interaction. Great food in restaurant as well as room service.

Wish there was a seating area to sit after 2 am. We were a group of 15 & were looking for a place to hang out.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully designed - simple yet refined, with thoughtful details throughout. Even the artwork in the room was stunning, creating a calm and elegant atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What impressed me the most was when I asked if they could help heat up some food—they actually sent a microwave to my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely exceeded my expectations. This is definitely a hotel I would love to return to. I will absolutely stay here again 💛

The staff were helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The last 4 times I’ve stayed here, even way paying 5k a night for a room, there are problems with check in, problems with bags being delivered to the room. Very slow poor service. But the in room dining and service once checked in is great.

Clean and friendly. They need to make the Internet user friendly. We gave up.

The spa was simply amazing. Honey Salt is the best restaurant attached to a hotel and I dont think it's just me. Amazing staff and food.

Shower broke on my foot and the upgrade to a different room was a downgrade. The hot tub is actually a cold tub. I demand a full refund

The room was scuffed and cheap seeming. Staff wasn’t very helpful at all when trying to extend my stay. They told me I had to rebook online, and when I did I didn’t rebook the right suite, and had to do a second time. And now that I think about it I still haven’t received a refund.

No mini bar in room is disappointing in a 5 star hotel

We liked the hotel because of its proximity to Parq. The restaurant in the lobby was really good. Valet parking was $65! That is amazingly ridiculous. None of the staff bothered to mention that they charged a stupid amount for valet. I was shocked when I saw the bill. It just seems like they lack ethics.
