The condition of the room was far below my expectations. The carpet was worn and dirty, the towels were old and ragged, basic amenities were lacking: there were no shampoo and conditioner. We asked if we could our rooms for a double bed and we were told we couldn’t do it because we booked through Expedia, to matters worst on the last day, there was a leak in the bathroom. Finally they were able to accommodate our initial request, for this reasons I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel has cockroaches, and I didn’t even stay longer than an hour. I left and will never ever book this hotel ever again. In fact I booked a different hotel at my own costs additional to these ones that were nonrefundable due to the conditions of this hotel.

We checked in at the posted check in time but had to wait 50 minutes for our room to be ready. Staff said that our room was the only one of its class and that's why we had to wait, but we saw several other parties who also had to wait. During all this, staff socialized with each other rather than focusing on work. Two days later when we checked out, we had to wait a very long time for an elevator as 3 of the cleaning staff were seemingly stopping at every floor, chatting with each other, and then allowing the elevator to move. We also found the included breakfast completely depressing. The eggs had a green-blue tint, the beans were far too orange in color, the fruit did not seem fresh, and the coffee was truly horrible. We did not even try the included breakfast our second morning.

The place was great, very clean room, the location is great, kind staff, free breakfast included. Ammenities in general were excellent.

It was ok. Staff were amazing. Very friendly professional and helpful. Great location. But my room had no iron and blow dryer. I did had to jump to loops to get it. I did reserved for another night in a different room and had everything I needed.

Stay away from this hotel, on the first day my pillows had boot prints on them. When I requested for them to be changed the cleaning lady acted shocked when I told her I needed them changed. She asked if I actually needed them all of them changed, I said yes. She said it was a lot of pillows to change. My towels didn’t get changed either. Staff is really loud even when it’s 6AM in the morning, so don’t expect to sleep in. Clerk refused to give me two cards when I asked for two keys, until a different employee stepped in. Food is also awful, I ordered room service and the food was undercooked, cold, and tasteless. Elevator is slow and was out of service a few times during my stay. The 6th floor has a weird smell, it’s very strong and stinky. I would not stay at this hotel again. If possible id give it 0 stars.

Todo excelente, solo los elevadores son muy lentos, pero en general todo muy bien

En general bien si solo te vas a quedar maximo 2 noches. La habitacion bien, la vista haacia el lago muy bonita, el desayuno completo y rico. Los elevadores muy lentos y solo hay 2 (5 y 11 personas), el estacionamiento muy pequeño si llevas pick up o suburban, lo bueno que el guardia fue muy amable y siempre me apartó el lugar mas amplio.

The property was ok, but they allowed a group of "athletes and family" to sit in the pool area drinking and having kids running like hell. It was not possible to enjoy, they run out of pool towels and breakfast was terribly cold.

Una experiencia terrible sin necesidad de serlo. No respetaron la tarifa. Me obligaron a pagar más para tener la habitación. De hecho me dijeron que no se vería reflejado en la cuenta pero sí lo hizo. No hicieron ningún intento de ponerse en contacto y explicarse. Cuando llamé además me dijeron que sí tenían piscina climatizada, y luego resulta que no. Vinieron a preguntarme si la habitación estaba bien, les pedí agua, me dijeron que sin problema y nunca vinieron. No tienen vergüenza.

I liked it was near a park. Elevators not working properly was the only inconvenience.

I liked that it was near the Citadel mall. I enjoyed the breakfast buffett. However, one of the elevators was not working and this caused a lot of inconvenience not only for us, but also other guests we spoke with.
