It was overall a good experience.

The all experience was good. Great location, good size room with a beautiful balcony, good breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel is Excellent and modern.

Very nice locattion, close to the biggest shopping mall and many restaurants around. Nice and clean. The pillows were not the type I prefer, kind of too spongy feeling, but overall comfortable and very good quality for the price paid.

Nice hotel near to city center the room is huge only i didn’t satisfy about steam bath but sauna is great breakfast is great too

In general, the cleanliness of the facility was good, but the towels were very badly worn and hard. bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The heater in the room was not working. No one came to check, even though we told them many times. We had to sleep cold all night. I can say that the best part was the breakfast service. especially the product variety and the pastry part were very good.

Hotel and receptioner did not help to provide late check out even for 1 hours.

Spacious room space, chic decoration, clean and quiet room. Rich, full buffet breakfast, underground parking. Definitely recommended.

In the center of the city with a very good fitness center. Quite a new hotel, walking distance many venues. Definitely recommended.

It was an amazing place and the all was fine except one thing. Even though the room was perfect but the floor are bare and this class of hotel requires wall to wall area rug in room. However all was fine

Was great location close to mall and restaurants. There was a bit of loud music from a nearby spot but it is to be expected on a Friday night in a college town. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty and had a wide selection.

Pricey compared to what u pay & what u expect from 4 stars hotel!

They need to work on their customer service; customer service doesn’t mean how many stars u have! It’s an act.

The safes are not permanently attached. You can pick up and carry them which is a huge seurity issue if you are traveling with valuable items
