The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The service was attentive.

The furniture is a bit old, and the area under the headboard is dirty. The yellow lighting in the room is very uncomfortable, especially when applying makeup. The only upside is its location near SECC and there are quite a few restaurants nearby.

I'll definitely come back here next time I'm in Saigon.

Reasonable for the price, convenient location in the heart of District 7 makes getting around quite easy.

I was driving a Wuling Bingo electric car. My car uses a 220V home charger, so it couldn't be charged at a charging station. Therefore, before booking the hotel, I called the hotel and asked if I could charge my car at the hotel. The hotel said yes, so I booked the room. But when I arrived, the hotel said I couldn't charge at the hotel and had to go to a charging station; this was extremely inconvenient because I had asked before booking. Furthermore, the hotel had no parking space; I had to park right on the curb in front of the hotel, or in front of other shops; there wasn't enough space to park because there were so many other cars. I am very dissatisfied with this. I will never return to this hotel.

The hotel wasn't overly luxurious, but everything was neat, tidy, and clean, even cleaner than some 3-star hotels in the center of District 1. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, assisting me with a late check-out due to other commitments. I will definitely return!

I went to a conference at SECC for 2 days, stayed at the hotel, ok location, next to supermarket, cafe, breakfast all within walking distance. I just don't like the slightly strong scent of essential oils from the reception desk, and even when I go to the 3rd floor, the smell is still there. The TV can only hear sound and the picture is too blurry to watch. The room in the price range is too ok. If I attend the conference next year, I will still choose Laguna
