We stayed here for one night and paid around $100, which was a very good price for the area. Overall, we had a good experience and felt that the hotel offered good value for the money. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot for a couple of hours after checkout so we could explore the area and buy souvenirs. That was a very nice gesture. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only things we didn’t really like were the beds—they were quite small, and the bedding was tucked in so tightly that it was difficult to pull the blanket out and sleep comfortably. We also used the pool and sauna. The sauna was nice, but the pool was quite cold, and the pool area could have been cleaner. People were walking in directly from outside wearing their shoes, so the floor didn’t feel very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It isn’t a luxury hotel, but for the price we paid, it was a good choice.

Good price—-location and staff

The staff was disrespectful, and they didn’t listen to any of my requests for more towels. I was told that I would be receiving a refund for my second night, but when I asked Expedia about this they said they hadn’t heard anything from the hotel. Expedia then had to get in contact with the Falls Inn and get the refund for me. The toilet was also coming out of the ground whenever I would use it in room 223.

With overnight booking, car parking should have been part of bill and overall cost.

Excellent service

Room was spacious and clean - seemed well kept. The indoor pool was a bit worn looking but served its purpose. Biggest downside for us was the elevator, only one for our tower (not sure about other areas as we didn't walk around) and was small and slow the kids were nervous in it. Front Desk staff were OK, not overly friendly for first point of contact. Lifeguard on duty for the indoor pool but only one when we were using so outdoor area was not accessible.

Nothing positive related to the hospitality knowledge. I made my reservation for 5 persons to be accommodated in the hotel, the lady transferred me to the family’s MOTEL which was an horrible room of the 60’s which is enough to describe the bad situation of it which can’t be cleaned anymore it needs reconstruction. I don’t want to add more just go to the max of negative experience in your imagination of what I paid and what I received with my family. Of course I switched next day to another reputable hotel with a less charge and much better grade of cleanliness and services. They should be clear and honest about their property descriptions.

I have stayed in the hotel part and it was fine for the price. This time we had a motel room. The key cards didn’t work half the time. Tv wouldn’t work and the room was old, and run down. Not worth the price for the motel room

Super emplacement. Attendez-vous à payer pour le stationnement. Vieil air climatisé, mais fonctionnel. Très propre et répond aux besoins d'hébergement. Le déjeuner (en surplus) était très bien aussi. Service numéro 1.

Très correct pour dormir!! S’il te manque quelque chose tu as juste à demander aux employées , ils sont très réceptif pour vous servir. Très bien située proche des jeux et de la rue principale du Niagara pour les amusements et restaurants.. à 3-4 min de marche et vous êtes dans l’action . Et à peux près 15-20min de marche pour arriver sur le bord des chutes ,en bas de la côte. Et aussi Juste à cotée du waterpark et de la maison hantée de fear factor , à faire Si vous voulez avoir une petite peur (de style 16 et plus) 👍🙂

Had a great stay at Falls Hotel & Inn in Niagara Falls! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to Clifton Hill, making it easy to enjoy all the attractions, restaurants, arcades, and entertainment without having to drive. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the Falls. If you're looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay that's close to all the action, I would definitely recommend Falls Hotel & Inn!
