It was very convenience location and our purpose was fulfilled.

We stayed in the motel part and it was quiet. Also the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable (if you like a softer bed)! The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here.

Room wasn’t that clean at all as shown in pictures , bathroom was just okay we had a hard time using the shower and floor was very slippery.

Not a very good hotel

The room was comfortable and had plenty of space for the 3 of us. I liked that there was a mini fridge to keep healthy snacks for our outings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the dinner which had decent food that was very reasonably priced.

Chambre quelque peu désuète mais literie très propre. Très bon service de nettoyage le matin. La piscine l'eau très froide, le spa l'eau très sale. Très bon service à la réception, dame très gentille. Je reviendrais pour l'hébergement et le stationnement mais pas pour les services de piscine et spa.

We had a king bed jacuzzi suite in the tower - huge bathroom, very clean, bed was comfortable, very quiet. Hotel is on Victoria St close to Clifton Hill - you are just a block or two from restaurants and lots of activities. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again! Happy travels!

Very clean and updated rooms, however, no chairs on the balcony and pool area not family friendly. Room attendants were always very friendly and offered additional items for the room.

I was worried before I went when a few people complained about the pool in reviews, but other than a bit cool (which I prefer) it was great! Clean room and friendly staff. Thank you for the nice stay.

We stayed for 1 night. Breakfast is an extra $10 and parking is paid but it’s on site which is good. The rooms are clean but older furniture and set up. No toothbrush but they did come with soap, shampoo, towels, and hair dryer. It is close to the falls and touristy area.

Room was disgusting. There was hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door and dead flies left on the end tables when we arrived. The entire property felt run-down and overpriced, even for the Niagara Falls area. The reviews warning about cleanliness and maintenance issues matched our experience exactly. The tower rooms are somewhat nicer than the older sections, but ours was still disappointing, with a stuffy air conditioner and dirty windows that hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The staff were friendly and courteous, but the issues were so obvious and widespread that there seemed little point in complaining. Anyone working there can clearly see the property’s condition. Overall, the hotel needs significant attention to cleanliness and upkeep. I would not recommend staying here and would not return. This version criticizes the property while still giving credit to the staff.
