The hotel was okay, but when we checked in, there weren't any towels, so we had to ask for them. The basement also felt a bit unclean, as there was always standing water. However, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Just checked in and was given a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned up at all. Then asked to change rooms and waited a really long time. Then there were no towels in the bathroom. I had requested it from the staff but it wasn't done right away and yeah, I waited over an hour just for towels. Honestly, I'm disappointed, I often book hotels but I've never been this disappointed, I'm so tired.

The room was really nice and comfortable. There was a 24-hour convenience store right in front of the room. The only downside was the basement parking lot, which smelled like garbage. I had to get my motorbike quickly.

Many people say the staff, especially the security, are unfriendly, but I found them all to be very welcoming. The hotel was clean and quite busy. The hallways weren't very large but were comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything, and there were several massage parlors and convenience stores right in front of the hotel.

I bought a room for my staff to stay with breakfast, as stated on the hotel voucher, but the hotel denied it. I had to call the hotel, and it took quite a long time for them to acknowledge it. Not good administration or service at all.

The room is clean, staff very helpful. Great place to stay!, great location, and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the elderly gentleman at the counter was so sweet! Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.

All the staff were friendly. Housekeeping, Rama, was very neat when arranging the room. There was a slight problem with the AC in room 325, but the technician quickly resolved it, and the receptionist was quick to provide a new room as a solution.
