It's cool, comfortable for kids, and the food is delicious. The staff is all friendly. The location is strategic for getting everywhere. I've booked at this hotel several times and have never regretted it. In fact, I keep wanting to stay here again with my beloved family.

The service, location, and food were all great. The downside was that when I requested a non-smoking room, I got a smoking room. There was an ashtray and cigarettes inside. When I first turned on the AC, a huge amount of dust fell onto the edge of the bed and the surrounding area, as shown in the attached picture. And for some reason, early that morning, there was a "knock...knock..." sound, whether coming from outside the window, outside the door, or upstairs. 😭 That's it, nothing else.

The view is very nice, the room is very comfortable.

The hotel is strategically located in the Gading Serpong area, very close to Bethsaida Hospital. It's perfect for resting and more outdoor activities.

The card is having trouble connecting to the elevator and room.

The staff is friendly, during sahur the restaurant staff helped me well, the room is clean, I have stayed here 4 times and have always been satisfied.
