The room is nice, but it's quite spooky because it's quiet at night.

The place is nice and comfortable, only the pool is dirty and access to the pool is far from the hotel.

The food is delicious, especially the spicy grilled tuna.

The view outside the room was quite good, but the room still smelled of cigarettes, there was no hot water.

Good, unfortunately the hot water for showering doesn't work.

The staff was friendly and the room was very spacious, with an ocean view, and the walk to the room was quite long because the hotel is so big. Awesome!

The hotel staff is very responsive and friendly.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the sheets hadn't been changed, likely from the previous guest's drool. That's why we checked out before check-out time, feeling uncomfortable.

The AC is hot and noisy. The AC itself and the long wait for repairs.
