The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and access is also easy.

Amazing view from the upper floors, friendly staff, superb ambiance, various activities available, but the breakfast food is basic. Free shuttle bus to gondola is also available every 15 minutes, so this is nice as well.

Everything was great except the staff. She didn’t inform us that we could get a special price for parking when we checked-in. And after we went out from the parking lot, we just found out later. Then when I came back to ask for the refund, the staff just said, “there’s nothing they can do”. Actually, we just needed to pay RM 5, but we paid RM 17. It’s not much, but just disappointed with the staff’s professionalism.

Had a wonderful stay and the villa was amazing. The hotel staff was lovely as well. This hotel provides a shuttle bus, which was great too. The only feedback would be to provide more frequent shuttle bus service during peak hours like holidays because people were pushing and cutting queues to get on the bus. It feels like a zombie apocalypse tbh, imagine people with small kids and elderly getting squished in the crowd. That’s bad! I hope the hotel improves in that sense.

Nice hotel. Good service. Good location, free shuttle to outlets and bus station. Got a room with a great view. Only one downside: the AC wasn't cold enough. That's it.

The best hotel. It was kids friendly, and the hospitality is top notch!! The pool guy is very kind and helpful and cares for kids playing and swimming around. Receptionists are all polite. Will come back definitely.

It's a great place to experience Genting's atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and fresh air, and the location is also great. - There's a shuttle bus to the outlet, but it runs about every hour, so you have to plan your time accordingly. - If you miss the shuttle, you can catch a Grab. The route from the hotel to the outlet is a bit of a circuit, so Grab is expensive. The route from the outlet to the hotel is shorter, so Grab is slightly cheaper. The shuttle service itself is a huge advantage. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come back. I highly recommend it. The shuttle bus to Genting is a great way to get to the outlet, but it's not a big deal. It's a great place to stay. - Jika tertinggal shuttle, harus menggunakan Grab. Rute dari hotel ke outlet sedikit memutar sehingga tarif Grab cukup mahal, sedangkan dari outlet ke hotel jaraknya lebih dekat sehingga biayanya sedikit lebih murah. Keberadaan shuttle saja sudah menjadi keuntungan yang sangat besar. Jika berkunjung kembali, kemungkinan besar saya akan menginap di sini lagi. Sangat direkomendasikan.

Overall the room is big, so plenty of space, I dont understand why it's only for 2 pax max. Got some problem with the bidet spray but no big deal, the thing that upsets my partner is there is renovation going on, and where we park is completely sheltered but got splashed with a lot of dirt, which we need to wash first before we go. I recalled there is no "sorry" from them, just let me know where I can source for water to wash the dirt. A bit upset about it, they should've just closed that part of parking lot tbh.

This hotel is perfect! Especially when u go with family. Room space is big, bathroom with shower is good! 1 bedroom can afford 2 adults and 2 kids below 10 years. Bed is big enough. Dont worry about water, they provide refill in dispenser outside the room! Perfect! This hotel having a several activities, you can enjoy it with family - but consider the weather ok! When it rain, all activity will postponed. The perfect things about this hotel : having shuttle service for free from and to genting premium outlet. This is important things that we actually a bit difficult to find grab in genting. If u are hungsry, there are some restaurant available inside the hotel, their pizza is great! And also the burger, kids love it! And also, they have a small coffee corner, taste of their coffee also great. U need to try that. Everything is great, its my second time stay there, and absolutely always come back to stay at awana when visit genting

Nice cool weather. No need to drive up to stay at Genting Highland hotels. Awana provides free shuttle bus to Genting Premium Outlets; which has varieties of options either to shop or to dine. Another option is to take cable car rides up to Genting Highland itself. Anyway, this hotel is a good option for me and my 2 teenage sons.

The place very nice to stay kids friendly and best place for short getaway

My first stay here was satisfactory. But the next time I come here, I'll stay again. The bedsheet was torn. There were lots of hairs on the sheets and blanket. I got a noisy room. The AC wasn't cold. The receptionist wasn't friendly either.
