Staying at Dewarna is comfortable, clean, and close to the city center.

The place is comfortable, but the AC is not cold enough, and coincidentally that day there were some customers who were too noisy and shouting so it was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. However, the toilet was lacking; the tap water kept running. Otherwise, it was fine, and the breakfast was delicious. If I visit Malang again, I'll definitely come back here.

The staff is nice, and the food is kept clean, tidy, and fragrant every day. I'd like to change the breakfast menu a bit so we don't get bored with the constant chicken.

The room I was given was very different from the one shown in the photo. I was supposed to be given a room upstairs but the receptionist gave me a room downstairs near the warehouse in a hallway filled with scattered & messy towels and sheets. The room was very dark, the lights were dim, the mattress and pillowcases were dirty, the walls & walls were also dirty, as was the bathroom, even the bathroom floor was very dirty. It was really not worth it for that price. I didn't even stay because the room I was given was very uncomfortable, even though I had booked for 3 days. Very disappointing, hopefully next time no one will be fooled by the pictures shown.

Considering the relatively low price, it's worth it for backpackers with lots of outdoor activities. It's close to the town square and Kayutangan. The rooms are clean, the toilets are clean, and amenities are replaced every morning. Overall, the service is good. The only downsides are the dim lighting in rooms with windows blocked by another building, making them feel dark, and the air conditioning isn't very cool.
