The staff is very kind, the location is very strategic due to there are some restaurant, laundry, etc near the hotel. But sorry to say, for me and my friends who stay in this hotel, we are not recommend people to stay for a long period of time due to the comfort level of this hotel is low (in our opinion). If you just want to stay for one night with cheap price near some restaurant, this hotel is very recommended👍

Actually I like staying here but what makes me not like it is that the lift is broken and doesn't work. Yes, you're lucky if you get a room not at the top. If you get a room on the 4th floor and you're carrying a heavy suitcase, I don't recommend it. The receptionist, Ms. India, is very friendly and very kind. Basically 5 stars for the receptionist.

Bagi saya lumayan lah, di sini banyak yang jual makanan, cuma hotel tidak punya fasilitas lift aja dan ruangan lumayan besar dengan harga kece lah.
