The check-in and check-out went swiftly, the service is impeccable, even when faced with some issues like the bedroom phone not working, a technician came quickly! Hygiene is great, everyday housekeeping comes to clean the trash, quickly clean and at your request take any additional trash, also renew any essential items like towels or toothbrushes! Food is very tasty, you can dine in at the restaurant but I personally let them come to my room. The only thing may be the price could be high for some individuals. The atmosphere gives you comfort and a great feeling, making you also not anxious to ask any questions due to their great hospitality! Definitely come here if you want to be close to the airport, and the hotel is situated on the Tangcity Mall, quick and easy access to any foods and entertainment. The Supermall Karawaci is also approximately 15~30 minutes away, depending on the traffic. *From where I stayed in the hotel room, you can hear the traffic, but I didn't hear any of my hotel neighbors, only sometimes people in the corridor.

It's really cool, the staff is friendly, the kids love to come here, especially when staying for the weekend, so there's a kids activity cooking class, my kids really enjoy it.
