‎We are stay at 31 Dec 2025 and we say the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with scenic views over the golf course ‎Reviewers frequently mention the quiet and relaxing ambience. great for family stays or a chill weekend. ‎ ‎Guests enjoy the large swimming pools, greenery, and overall resort feel. ‎Staff generally get positive notes. friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping and service teams. ‎ ‎Good food & restaurant options ‎We are liked the breakfast and dining choices. But it was quite disappointing not to be able to see the New Year fireworks due to the view being blocked by trees😟 ‎ ‎Bangi Resort Hotel is generally highly recommended, especially for families or leisure trips where comfort, space, and resort facilities matter more than being close to city nightlife. The overall experience is very positive, though you might encounter occasional slow check-in or mixed dining experiences.

Many of my friends started to be interested in staying here after hearing my story.

One of the room got small cocroaches. Didn’t get the chance to inform during check-out. Hopefully the hotel take this feedback seriously and look into their hygiene procedure closely.

The staff is so nice to double check the room booking Apparently the booking done through booking.com is not in They are nice enough to wait for me to do another booking and then pass me the room key

check in at 3 and check out at 11 am. However, when we arrived at 4.15, the room was still not ready with the excuse of having many guests. It should be, the excuse cannot be given that way considering the check out time is an hour earlier than other hotels. Limited parking space, guests staying need to park further away compared to guests coming for events. However, there are also kind and helpful staff. Thank you.

What I can say is everything was perfect. Kudos to the receptionist named Aizat for the great front desk service! The environment, ambiance, accessibility was perfect. You don't even have to go out if you got hungry during the stay. They got many restaurant options like Chef Wan, BurgerLab at the lobby. I would definitely gonna revisit soon

Checking In and Out process could be better. It took ages to get both done. We understand that it was the public holiday but the management should have expected it and make necessary plan to mitigate it. There was also water leaking from the ceiling but it was sorted quite quickly. Facilities were great though. Love the big pool, the fishes. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Thank you.

My 5th or 6th visit to here for training and seminar. My 2nd staycation. Appreciate if more attention given to the cleanliness inside the Kids Room. But still worth the money.

Beautiful hotel. With a large pool. Reasonable price. Nice staff. Only check-out time is 11 a.m. That was very early as the kids were still wanting to play in the pool.

Everything was perfect as usual to stay here. Welcome cookies so yummy!
