Check-in time arrived at 2:10 PM WIB, then we were told to wait in the lobby. Our names hadn't been called until 2:52 PM WIB. Finally, we checked into our room at almost 3:00 PM WIB. A lot of time was wasted waiting in the lobby, and it was a shame to have to wait almost an hour just to check in because the room was being prepared, even though we booked the most expensive executive room. Otherwise, everything was comfortable and good.

I've been a regular hotel in Pontianak for the past 10 years. It's well worth it for its strategic location in the city center. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and prompt with service.

There were lots of small cockroaches in the room. I don't mean to offend, but I hope this serves as a reminder for future improvements. The parking lot is quite small. If you return to the hotel late at night, you'll have to park outside and pay an additional Rp 10,000 per night (paid to the parking attendant).

Everything was fine, the staff was friendly, and they were quick to come to the room for follow-up if there were any issues. The room was comfortable, everything was clean, and it didn't disappoint.

The location is great, there's a comfortable rooftop for relaxing, and for those tired from the journey, there's a whirlpool and sauna.

Good, reliable hotel option. Breakfast is from 06:00-10:00, though I overslept and missed it. The hotel is popular with lots of guests, which is usually a good sign. Check-in was prompt, the hot shower had great pressure, and the bathroom was clean with soaps and toothbrushes provided. The AC was also good. Overall, no qualms.
