Does not match the picture, not satisfying and very disappointing.

The road is a bit confusing and does not match the point on the map. It should be on the right side of the Mangga Dua Hotel, and I just found out that the iron river hotel, serdang business hotel, the iron river H3 is one place. So it makes me confused. But the bed is OK although it's small but the bathroom is clean, there's hot water

Well the hotel looks nothing like in the picture, and nothing like in the description. I think it would be best if you can provide real pictures of how the hotel room looked like and maybe have comments or ratings for the hotel for people who have stayed there before for us to know the quality of the hotel.

the aircond was not cool, the toilet door cannot be closed and locked, the power socket is broken, the staff was not friendly

Aircond leaking really bad. No remote for the tv.

Bad experience. The room was smelly. The floor was slippery. Towel very dirty. Not just bad. But worst experience. Surely not a 3 star hotel experience. Not recommended
