The staff is so good to assist me on the problem that I fave.

Cars can not park comfortably because the parking lot is narrow and only for parking 3 units of cars series. So the front car going out, the back should be removed as well. Moreover, the rainy season, get ready for wet body and rain water into the car cabin because there is no canopy. The air-conditioned air conditioner leaked. Towel smells. Breakfast is usual standard

Mr. Nyoman and his staff were very warm and welcoming. They attended to our needs quickly. Thank you.

The hotel is nice, clean and the service is also very friendly, free parking space is limited.

Great service. They ran out of the standard room I ordered, so they bumped me up to the nicer room with no additional cost and no fuss, which is much appreciated. The staff were very friendly. Location is right in the heart of the busy monkey forest road. It was lovely. The breakfast food was dull. But again, I like the place a lot.

Very good service make us very comfortable staying here.
