Merely 4 to 5 minutes walking from KL Sentral

I always feel satisfied no matter where I stay at Ascott, and Ascott KL Sentral is no exception. Access to the train station is very easy, there is a shuttle service from the hotel to the station and back, the mall is nearby, there are many restaurants nearby, the rooms are spacious, the amenities are complete, and the service is excellent🙏

This very well could be my best stay experience thus far as many aspects of the stay come across as very enjoyable. First of all, I would like to highlight the friendliness of every frontline staffs, from the reception, housekeeping, even from the security staff which always try to be friendly and give any assistance wherever possible, as is expected from a high-end branded residence like Ascott. Befitting its motto of "home-away-from-home experience", the room includes many amenities which may come across as excess in comparison to a common hotel room, but is absolutely helpful, especially for an extended stay. Even for just 2 nights, facilities such as induction cooker and full cookware and dinnerware is very useful. The room is also very spacious with many room for movement. Regarding the location of the hotel, it is close but not part of the Stesen Sentral Kuala Lumpur complex. The hotel can be reached from the complex through Nu Sentral mall with a ~400m walk from the mall, which is not entirely covered but is a full-fledged sidewalk. Dragging luggage through the sidewalk may be a pain due to some height difference. The hotel provides a shuttle to the station (and some other PoIs) should guests want that facility. Most of the the window view should be towards Stesen Sentral and Little India area in Brickfields.

I am very pleased with the hospitality and service provided during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect resting atmosphere. The hotel facilities are also very adequate and well maintained. The breakfast provided is delicious and varied, really satisfying the appetite. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

Very nice service apartment. Super clean super tidy. We faced an issue but the manager shazami helped us through it. Great service by the ascot team and Mr. Shazami. Will surely stay here again.

Cleanliness is tops here! Its clean everywhere:); Reception, room, pool area and gym. We love the spacious room with lounge sofa, work desk and fully equipped kitchenette and coffee maker. Bed and pillows were super comfy and water pressure in the rain shower was good and satisfying after walking in the humid outdoors. Reception staff were professional yet friendly and personable. My daughter checked in after 10pm and was promptly offered refreshing iced tea, dodol and wet towels.:) We appreciate the thoughtful gesture. Breakfast variety was limited at the Meals Station but OK for a quick bite before we step out to nearby Nu Sentral (5mins walk). Overall we had a lovely 3days 2Night stay and will definitely book this for future visits to Kuala Lumpur.:).

Love to come again and will be recommended to closest friends and relatives. Good location. Good staff. Good breakfast. Good fragrant and clean place. . It is a service apartment after all. Not good for services from the front liner. Nobody there since my arrival so we drag and move our luggage from car to the hotel lobby by ourself. No bell boy or security that come to help us. Even the receptionist too. I like the studio room.

pros : big studio room and complete accommodation..got coffee machine and free 2 caps of coffee, pool not crowded..on my 3rd day my kids enjoy swimming til the fullest, staff very helpful and polite, all kitchenette applies are provided..went to gym and we enjoy it.. cons : all best except the breakfast is the packed food so I cannot enjoy more on the breakfast, food got choices I choose local and western and they deliver to room every mrng, hopefully after this ascott can consider serve buffet breakfast

The hotel is an amazing place for a staycation. Clean and it lived up to my expectations. I'm returning again to stay!

1) Might be short of man power, late room make-up around 6pm. 2) Requested a stand fan in the morning, yet nobody send it, till the housekeeper solved it for me while cleaning the room in the evening.

Spacious suite for two. All equipments well maintained. Really like the design. Look amazing. Friendly staff and good service. Breakfast during pandemic they just send to room. Recommended to stay and enjoy the facilities.
