Very near to Pantai Hospital. Just a 10 mins walk and very near to Giant Pasaraya. There was even an evening food street market opened nearby and many choices of street foods available.

Close to Food nearby. Giant is opposite. Room is relatively clean. Bathroom is so so . Bed is too close to wall, making 1 person sleeping close to wall, difficult to get up. Parking is public. so a bit difficult to get parking. Malay Receptionist is friendly. Check Out time is 12pm. But we were so shocked when Housekeeping can open our room door at 10am despite us, placing a DO NOT DISTURB sign outside and double locking the door (a bit of a security problem, probably should have triple locked, using the chain), highlighted this to receptionist. But those staying here, be wary of this. Might just be a one time issue. Overall, I give an 7.5/10 rating. For convenience of location & Clean Room.

The Wi-Fi is slow and always disconnects. Everything else is fine... The cleanliness is very good.

I have stayed here many times, it is very convenient and strategically located nearby Bayan Baru. Just that it is not sound proof and can hear all sounds from outside mosque and people walking at the corridor.

Overall ok je. Tempat makan dekat. Pasaraya giant kena seberang jalan. Tapi hotel ni tepi jalan. So faham2 la bising kereta mcm mana.

Noisy. You can hear everyone coming in and out of the room. There are small ants in the room. On the edge of the highway. The beach hospital is close.

Got black ants in our room, even on the bed I can find one ant. The floor and bath room looks dirty. Sound insulation very very bad. Overall the surrounding make us feel uncomfortable.

The most worst hotel 😤, shower is not hot. No phone line. No proper reply from reception when ask any questions and the electric suddenly stopped for 3 hours.

We booked 1 Standard room type and arrived at the hotel at 15:40. Our room is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator at the hotel. Positive (+): - Staying here is suitable for those who want to fly at dawn / morning from Penang International Airport. - In front of the hotel there is a city bus stop & shopping center + Giant food. - Room & electricity keys use magnetic cards. - Available: 2 towels, soap / shampoo, small table + telephone + tissue, air conditioner, 32 "flat screen TV with several broadcasts, a place to put a bag / suitcase, kettle of water, wardrobe + 8 hanger, 2 bottles of 500 mL mineral water , 2 cups, coffee + tea + sugar - 4 electric sockets available - Heavy hot / cold shower - There is a mini market beside the hotel which is open 24 hours - Behind the hotel there is a food court that is open until noon Negative (-) : - The standard room is quite narrow, the ceiling height is a bit low, there is no window, the double bed mattress is quite hard - No toothbrush & toothpaste provided - Didn't get breakfast - Good wifi internet quality - Remote from the city center - Deposit RM50. Anyway, besides the RM50 deposit, the hotel will also charge a Malaysian Tourist Tax fee of RM10 / room / night and a Penang City Tax of RM2 / room / night.
