Pros: - Family room, large and clean - Nice restaurant balcony view - Beautiful environment, lots of trees - Clean beach area, white sand Cons: - The family room is old and there are many stairs to the beach area. Consider this if you're bringing older people. - TVs aren't Android-enabled yet. - The shower area is separated by a glass partition. It would be better if you take a shower and don't get wet. - Limited chairs and tables in the beach area. - Rentals for inflatables, paddleboards, jet skis, and banana boats are too expensive, only last 30-60 minutes. - If the aquatic plants in the lake were cleaned, swimming would be more comfortable. Conclusion: The price makes sense for a family room, 1 king bed + 2 twin beds, clean and beautiful beach area. I would stay again.

A suggestion would be to provide an elevator, considering my parents were using crutches yesterday, so it was a bit difficult to climb the stairs. So, we couldn't go downstairs for breakfast or enjoy the beach. But otherwise, it's great. Thank you.

The hotel view was beautiful and comfortable, the room and toilet were clean, and the room was as described in the photos, with only a slight lack of soundproofing. The room was clean. It's an older building, but the bathroom wasn't very comfortable due to its age. Bathroom amenities were inadequate. The AC was noisy because the compressor was located right next to the balcony door overlooking Lake Toba.
