Stayed for 3 nights, turned on the cleaning sign but they didn't clean the room. Finally, I returned at 11 pm to a room that was still messy and the towels hadn't been changed. Finally, I called room service and then they took out the trash, etc. Oh dear... not thorough. The telephone in the room was broken, I asked for a replacement when I arrived and it wasn't replaced until the next day. The room wasn't soundproof, so if you bring small children, you'll have to complain. In short, it's not comfortable for families. And the restaurant closes at 9 pm. Minimal staff.

I absolutely loved staying here, highly recommended, especially for a vacation with kids. If I were in Bali and staying in Kuta, I'd definitely stay here. Oh, and the balcony is really convenient, perfect for drying wet clothes after the kids have been swimming.

Good location, near everywhere.

The hotel was very nice, and the atmosphere was very comfortable and peaceful. The only problem was that the toilet in room 203 had a broken water spray. We wanted to complain and move rooms, but we were tired, so we used the guest toilet downstairs. Otherwise, it was very good.

The hotel is located close to Kuta Beach. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the balcony is spacious enough for relaxing. The breakfast is also delicious, recommended for those planning a holiday in Bali. I'd love to stay here again next time. Thank you, The Bene Hotel 😃

Refilling food at breakfast takes a long time, and there is little variety.

The hotel is comfortable, the swimming pool is spacious, and the atmosphere is great and calm.

We got the pool view, they provide free drinking water in the aisle, which is good. The location is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The staff are nice, but we have problems with the toilet. There was dirt on the closet, and the next day, a problem with the flush, but it's not a big deal because they fixed it right away. The hotel has a basement parking lot.

The map location itself needs to be improved. The one-way road makes it difficult to get to the location using the map, so you have to call the front desk for directions. The hotel itself is nice, with friendly service.

Good hotel, good ambiance, feel so comfortable

The hotel is close to Kuta Beach and is quiet. Unfortunately, we got a corner room, which was blocked by a balcony wall and canopy, even though we requested a room with a middle balcony for a clear view of the pool. The breakfast menu needs to be improved.
