Upgraded to a suite: two large rooms and a kitchenette. Great view! Some noise coming from behind the wall in one of the bedrooms, and there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms, even after pressing the dedicated button. Not much choice of pillows that all seem to be the same. I didn’t ask for anything at this moment. The staff at the lobby were very nice. The breakfast was great. The swimming pool was lovely with an amazing view.

I got an upgraded room. The room was very spacious, but the furniture and the design were very old-fashioned. I think the cleanliness was also poor because at night around 10 PM, I killed six baby cockroaches in a row on the table and floor. I recorded on my phone every time I killed them. I called the call center and requested a new room. It was 11 PM, and my babies had already slept. I didn’t hear an update for 1 hour, and I followed up with them an hour later until they really came to me to give the new key, assisted us to bring our luggage, and showed us the new room. The new room looked newer and cleaner. I had no issue there (the picture that has my son in it was the new room). The service was good. I left a kid’s tumbler in the previous room. I reported it to 'lost and found,' and luckily, I got the tumbler back, and they put it back in my new room. The breakfast menus were varying, but all are vegan, and it isn’t quite to my liking.

Large, clean rooms, friendly hotel staff.

Actually, it is a good hotel, but for a 5-star, it's not good enough. The water heater took more than 15 minutes and was still not warm enough to enjoy the bath. The breakfast is truly a heaven for vegetarians, but the fried glass noodles were not edible; they were really hard to eat. And there was one day, after a long trip in KL, they didn't make up my room. (I think it was a miscommunication because I don't know why the 'make up room' sign was dropped). The TV has no internet access; I couldn't watch Netflix, etc. I had 3 access cards that eventually didn't work at the same time. They always said that if the card is near my phone, if it's what happened, there's no way that will happen to all the cards. On the last night, when they made up my room, they didn't give tissue boxes and they didn't replace the glasses. And last but not least, there was a cockroach in my room.

Staff were friendly and responsive. Rooms were spacious, though a bit dated.

This hotel is very clean and in a very strategic location, with very friendly and responsive staff. Highly recommended for families and couples.

Would be great if the hotel provided non-veg food as well.

Best thing about the hotel was the fact that it was linked to the Mall. The hotel itself was tired and very basic. Rooms were a decent size, but bathrooms were not nice and bed comfort was awful. They also gave us a room facing the construction of a tower block. Breakfast setting was great, but breakfast itself was very limited in choice and quality.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay and the room was comfortable and clean. I was upgraded to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise. For a family of four, the room was very spacious.

Stayed in Superior Room which was in Tower B. We have to cross over from Tower A where the hotel reception is on Level 14. The superior room is like an apartment with 1 room. Ours was with the pool view but I forgot to take the pic of the pool which is opened from 7 AM to 8 PM. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and it is separated from the toilet which is also accessible from the room foyer. It has a small round dining table, & a 3-seater sofa with a coffee table. Checked in was smooth. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good despite serving vegetarian dishes. During our stay, children got a 20% discount for breakfast priced at RM38/pax. Do scan the hotel QR code on the room key card to check for available discount promotions you can get at BTS outlets. Parking is chargeable at RM16/entry. Need to validate at the reception before you leave. We stayed for 3D2N & used the public transport which is easily available. eHailing or just used Monorail Imbi Station which is connected to BTS. Will come back in the future as we like the space. The only inconvenience for the hotel to take note is please do more frequent pest control as we were visited by the small cockroaches, one-two-three times too many

the bathtub got clogged everything else is nice veryyyyyyy nice, the city view was very nice ,had a tv nothing to really watch,the pool pretty good, couldn't say nice is good

Close to everything, clean hotel, right below the mall, easy to find transport and food, just a short walk. I will come back to stay here again.

Been to BTS many years ago and it's losing its charmed. Very good located you can go anywhere around KL easily. Even bus to Singapore stop in front of the hotel. Surrounding by Malls & Street Food. But at least they should maintain the rooms since they are aging but they are not doing the properly. It's still one of the biggest room other than hotel but you can see the dirt & paint everywhere. The carpet smells mildew & feel not comfortable inside. Water pressure on & off. The noise from the AC also another problem. The breakfast are not so International - most of the selection/the choice are Indian's food which not suitable for us

5 star hotel, affordable price, solid quality

Overall all the staffs at the hotel are very friendly. Only when we on the Aircon the compressor very noisy. Other then that all are excellent 👌

Our room aircond was not function well. Kind of hot during night. We try to reach for any solution, but the reception asked us to change room in the middle of the night (we were with 2 kids) was not a good solution. (Room 3313) We asked for maintenance, they do came but still there was no change at all. Others facilities were superb. It just that we were not lucky to have that room.

The hotel staff is quite friendly, the room is quite spacious with carpet, separate bathroom between bathtub and shower and toilet, there is a mini kitchen with kitchen sink, kettle and refrigerator that is quite cold. Complimentary besides toiletries is quite a lot, 6 bottles of mineral water plus 2 canned drinks and 2 snack packages. Access to Bukit Bintang and the surrounding area is quite easy, the mall is also very complete with competitive prices. Thank you.
