The room was very dusty, the bathroom smelled bad, and there was no soap or toiletries. It was very uncomfortable.

The service at the reception needs to be updated or added to if there are a lot of guests coming, because when I wanted to check in, I had to wait more than an hour to check in, because there was only one receptionist.

I understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations, but this condition was quite disturbing during my stay. 2. The room floor was less than clean Although the room floor had been mopped, it still looked dirty and mop marks were clearly visible. During my stay, I felt the room's cleanliness still needed improvement. 3. The blanket was very thin The blanket provided was very thin because it lacked an inner blanket. I confirmed this with the hotel and was informed that the inner blanket was not yet available. The hotel also stated that the item was still being ordered and there was no estimated time for availability. 4. The toilet was less than clean The toilet was also less than clean. I found small black caterpillars around the toilet area, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. 5. Poor water quality The water used for showering tasted brackish or salty. This was quite disturbing, especially since I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and used the facilities every day. Overall, my 4-day, 3-night stay did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness, comfort, and quality of the facilities, and ensure that the actual condition of the hotel matches the photos and information displayed on the app, so that guests can have an experience that meets their expectations when booking.
