Receptionist names Yoga are not Friendly! People know and accept Bali that the most humble people,they will always smile. But not for all staffs,breakfast could be better.

Good stay if you want to stay in and relax.

for those who bring small children, it is highly recommended, because the access is directly to the beach and there is a special children's swimming pool .. and the grass yard is wide so children are free to run around .. behind the hotel there is a minimarket like a cooperative and there are many food stalls on the beach so you don't have to worry about what to eat .. at night you can also cycle to the icon mall .. For my room in the deluxe garden, it was very good, the access was close to the pool and the beach, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was also good, the hot water was smooth, the air conditioner was cold and there was a hair dryer in the room .. only because the hotel is old, the interior is not updated and sometimes the water pipes are a bit smelly .. but the rest is very good .. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, overall very good and will come back again

Premium location near Icon Mall, Men Weti chicken rice, beachfront, can jog, bike, lots of cafes & food/drink sellers. Omelette is really delicious

Just stay one night and change hotels. Quite disappointed because we often stay at Grand Inna and it's fun. I think Inna Sindu is not much different. The toilet wasn't clean, there was a lot of hair, the AC wasn't cold enough and the worst thing was the pillow was so hard that my husband couldn't sleep! It's a shame even though the location is strategic in front of Sindu Beach.

The aircon did not work. We complained and they said they'd fix it by adding gas (not sure what they meant). It got a little cooler after 6 hours. Towels and linens seemed very old and tired, so were the shower and sink. Not up to our expectation with the price we paid. Not happy at all. If we were given refund option, we'd have gone somewhere else.

Late check-in at 22:00 but still got 1 room, very friendly & good service, clean hotel rooms & bathrooms, spacious car & motorcycle parking. The hotel is in a state of renovation, so when you get up in the morning, the workers start working. It's nice to have breakfast at the hotel restaurant, which has direct access to the beach.
