From the existing reviews, during my stay here I did not experience the things that happened in the reviews, starting from check in which took 1 hour, while when I checked in according to the time the room was ready even though I booked H-1, for the water in the bathtub I did not find cloudy brown water, but the water was clear and clear, overall this vintage hotel is worth trying if you are in Surabaya.
