The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. However, it can be a bit difficult to find a table at breakfast, especially when there's a group staying. It would be nice to have more dining space for when there are more guests or groups arriving.

I got a price of around 300, and I was very lucky. The hotel was clean, comfortable, spacious, and close to everything. I'll be back next time, hopefully, and I'll get another promo price. Even though I got a smoking room, it didn't smell of cigarettes at all.

An old hotel with old facilities, but still okay. The location is connected to Plaza Surabaya, making it very convenient when you need something, especially when you're hungry.

I was really disappointed. The room wasn't what I ordered. I asked for a king bed but got a twin bed, I asked for a non-smoking bed but got a smoking bed, and I asked for a shower but got a bathtub. There were cockroaches in the bathroom too. The carpet wasn't vacuumed. This is truly disappointing.
