A very beautiful hotel with panoramic views, romantic for couples who are on honeymoon.

What a spectacular weekend stay! Been here twice for fine dining only before, but this year visit was simply the best. It's been long time out of vacation since pandemic stroke, and we felt Hanging Gardens Ubud kind of paved the way for our new experience. We were here for the very delayed honeymoon that has turned into anniversary, and the hotel gave us a remarkable hospitality, from the friendly people at the front office (Bli Asa, Mbak Dinar, Bli Wayan, Bli Ngurah, I'm sorry if I don't remember the names correctly, I hope I'm not mistaken), the amazing restaurant crews, to the helpful spa staff. Our villa with panoramic view was clean & spacious, the main swimming pool was amazing, also the superb experience of finding hidden tub in the exact side of the river, are you kidding me? We would like to come back for sure! P. S: The food was great as well. There's a prawn menu that we really liked, but forget the name. Kudos to that.

Completely overpriced old tired rooms shockingly expensive would not stay again or recommend

Place in the middle of the forest with a cool and peaceful atmosphere. Feel like a 007 agent class vacation. Haha is friendly service, clean, well-maintained place.

Very gorgeous!! My husband and I spent a night there for celebrating our 1st anniversary. Hanging garden gave us the edge room which is very quiet and romantic, they also sent us anniversary cakes. I was sad because the rain was not stopping, but we still have a lot of good picture even though it's raining hard. The staff help us to take many photos. Very friendly and smile everywhere. Thanks a lot hanging garden!

The hotel is nice, but the trip is very far into place. It's so good. But if you can make 4 org to 6 org so can rame2 same temen2nya. Thanks

Luckily kamar kita di upgrade dari deluxe riverside ke presidential suite (hidden palace), nice greeting from the staff,superb view from the pool, tidak perlu capek naik tangga karena ada fenicular (semacam lift), good restaurant, sesuai dgn predikat Seven Stars Award Winner, Good job hanging garden👍👍

The location and the view are good. But I think it's time this hotel should be renovated a little bit.

Room and sofas in the villa are very dirty, lots of insects and insects dirts in the sofa. Mosquitos, the villa is smelly, the aircon is not cold in the middle of the night, really wondering on how this resort won as the best luxury hotels in 2015. What criterias are being used to select the winner. Food is horrible taste, quaility of the food is terrible and disgusting, amenities in the room are cheap quality

Free breakfast is outstanding, there is a la carte and buffet. Jungle atmosphere around the quiet and green. Our room is a bit high and need to pass a lot of stairs, so not suitable for visitors who are elderly or have a problem to climb the stairs. The location is a bit far from the center of Ubud, but there is a shuttle until around 17:00.

It was perfect. Staffs were super friendly, wifi available all over the place, the pool was amazing

Cool abies..viewnya roomnya his hotel and meals were all tasty but a bit expensive meal there but am very satisfied to stay there friendly service and satisfying
