From the hotel to Malioboro it is close, with gr*b about 10 minutes.. the room hallway carpet is a bit worn, some towels have holes.. the last day of staying the toilet was clogged. for good service. breakfast is quite good

The bathroom door handle is broken, the technician has tried to fix it but it still doesn't work. Both towels are dull and have a lot of loose threads, the bathroom mat is also dull and dirty.

Just experienced this tonight. The water heater wouldn't turn on, claiming they had to wait 30 minutes because it was still set to a low temperature of 30°C. I waited an hour until 11:35 PM. As a result, the water heater wasn't hot at all. Guests from out of town needed hot water, but they didn't get decent service. Sorry, but the service was truly disappointing.

Check-in and check-out were quick. The staff was also very responsive via WhatsApp. The room was cleaned daily, and toiletries were replaced without request. For the price, the service was excellent.
