The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the extra bed is a bit small but it doesn't matter for me who is short and the bed is also enough for three, the swimming pool is clean, the food is delicious, in front there is a sofa to sit with a view of the pool. The clerk was also very helpful and friendly, it was very pleasant staying here, next time maybe I will come back again.

The hotel is close to where we attend the event, spacious rooms, complete facilities, comfortable beds, there is a dispenser in the room, the check-in process is rather annoying because we have booked from Sunday afternoon, a voucher from Traveloka was already issued but when we checked in 21.30 delivered there was no booking in. The reason for the reservation was not included on Sunday, this is Bali dude. How could there be no logical reason like that, breakfast is not very varied. Please repair from hotel management

The service is very friendly. The room is cleaned immediately when you want to walk. Close to shopping. For breakfast it's actually good but it's still a little less varied breakfast menu.
