Awesome pool Experience and quiet rooms.

El lobby muy sucio y necesita mucho mantenimiento, el pasillo para nuestra habitación lleno de humedad y la pintura parchada .. la limpieza de la habitación estaba bien pero las áreas comunes necesitan mantenimiento: el área de restaurante y albercas está bien , el servicio muy bueno

Muy limpio el cuarto, no hay servicio de ayuda con el equipaje a pesar de que el edificio que me asignaron mi cuarto está sin elevador y me tocó 3er. Piso,

The hotel is too old and outdated. Our shower barely had a flow of water, so it took longer to take showers. We were only able to use the hot water knob, and the water was only half warm. We had to keep the bathroom door open because it was hot in the bathroom when you turned on the light. No blow dryer. We had a kitchenette but No coffee maker. Big closet but no iron. The star rating it has is not true. Staff was not friendly and we were not given options to upgrade or asked if our stay was ok at check out. We didn't even know the hotel had a new addition right at the beach. The nightly rate is overpriced! The rating should be a 2 star and that's exaggerating. I will never stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and bilingual! They offered free beach towels, changed our towels everyday and cleaned the pools very fast even after a thunderstorm. I loved the smart tv and beds in the room were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony view! I felt safe and I had so much fun at this resort.

Está cerca de la playa,buena comida,buen servicio de parte del personal

No me gustó que en la noche el clima tiraba mucha agua y estaba tabaso la coladera del baño.

El personal muy amable, la limpieza del cuarto muy bien, la alberca buena en general el ambiente excelente.

Les hace falta limpieza en las albercas, solo hay un ascensor.las bebidas están muy muy caras.

Swimming pools are poorly maintained and dirty, not a chance I would swim in there

Las personas de el desk son muy amables. Solo el cuarto estaba un poco sucio y no dan desayuno incluido que para el precio sería justo tenerlo. 🙂

Beach club was in bad shape, rooms and amenities are not worth it, overrated hotel.

The hotel was clean, friendly staff, parking was secure However, the electricity kept on going off.

Habitación: Nos dieron un upgrade de habitación a una en un edificio que si tiene elevador y con vista parcial al mar. Lamentablemente las camas están muy duras, lo que nos impidió descansar plácidamente. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la decoración se ve muy bien. El techo es muy alto. Permaneció fresca a pesar de que apagamos el clima en la mañana. Tiene closet amplio y caja de seguridad. No tiene plancha. La televisión tiene buena programación. Staff: Todos fueron muy atentos. Amenidades: Las instalaciones están excelentes. Tiene su salida privada a la playa. Una de las albercas estaba sucia y ninguna esta climatizada, por lo que no son una opción tan buena si las visitas en invierno. Solo pedimos un platillo para llevar en el restaurante del hotel y no nos quedaron ganas de volver a pedir. El estacionamiento es seguro.
