El hotel está ubicado en un lugar privilegiado. Hermosa vista. Habitación limpia y con bella vista. Desayuno muy completo y delicioso. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Magdalena la mejor. Tuvimos un percance en carretera y ella se encargó de ayudarnos a solventar y nos acompañó en todo momento. Felicitaciones porque todo su personal son muy atentos! Más que recomendado.

Awesome staff

The location was astounding to me. One of the last places in El Sarrat thus brining you closer to the natural beauty of the region that so appeals to me. Sit on your private balcony listening to the rushing water of the stream just meters from the hotel Decent breakfast buffet! Room was on smaller side than I am used to and dessert was burned.

Great stay in a beautiful chalet on the mountain. Rushing waterfall outside created a peaceful white noise for quiet. Great staff and wonderful dinners.

Wonderful stay! Could not have been treated better. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING! Special thanks to our lovely waitress Paula, who went above and beyond to look after us and was super friendly. We will miss her! Also a big thank you to Magdaleha on reception who gave us great advice on local knowledge and places to visit. Very helpful staff and made our stay just perfect :)

Our stay was wonderful, the service, the restaurant, the room - the breakfast is included and has a lot of variety, Local cheese, hams etc The food served at the restaurant was amazing - we chose to return and have our dinner there on our second night This place is really a gem.

The property is wonderful in every way. All the details are looked after. Rushing river near our window accompanied every moment we were at the hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel. The views are magnificent, and the friendliness of staff was great. The food was also very good.

The hotel is nicely done, and is in a somewhat remote area of Andorra. Views around are amazing and it has a nice spa: great after a day of travelling. Parking is limited around the hotel and its parking garage is poorly located (unaccessible for our car). Biggest downsides are the bed, which was so spring-loaded that we were waking each other up all the time, and meals: the restaurant is poor, with mediocre food and horrible service: the waiter insisted on us rushing through the menu and complaining that we hadn't made a choice after literally 30 seconds. I'm used to Paris service (notoriously bad), however, that pales in comparison to the service we got at this hotel's restaurant.

Nice hotel located out of the hustle and rush of Andorra. Restaurant food was good and front desk staff was helpful. One negative thing that did occur is after dinner, we sat in the bar area at one of the tables. Not a soul approached to offer service, which we found to be quite disheartening considering the experience up to that point. After waiting 25 minutes, and simply being stared by the staff, we just went to our room.

Accueil attentionné et efficace, même à 23:30. Personnel idem au petit-déjeuner, lequel est de qualité et réapprovisionné régulièrement. Un seul bémol : les œufs (au plat et brouillés) ne sont pas maintenus à une température suffisamment chaude.
