Basic hotel

We all loved the bartender in the hotel bar who has been there for 28 years. I will stay here again next year with my team who also enjoyed it very much.

Highly recommend.

Great hotel with two really tasty restaurants (Vietnamese and Indian) on either side. Perfect location. Rooms had a fantastic shower room but had no air con. Would happily recommend,

No coffee in room. Safe didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed over the weekend. Offered coffee in the breakfast area instead then made me pay for it.

Recently renovated and modernized, well managed with attentive client services, great location, and quiet and extreemly clean. A great quality-for-price stay when visiting lovely Bad Homburg and its surrounds! A very satified customer Homthislocation

You are required to self check in, but for me the card reader wasn’t working. Had to find staff to help and then she came with a less than friendly attitude. Thought bfast was included, was charged €19 extra at check out. Interior is dated and old, no USB ports and no ventilation in the room.

Spacious accommodations, quiet area close to a beautiful park as well as pedestrian shopping area. very friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Excellent hotel, nice place in walking distance to both main baths (Taunus Therme and Kur Royal). Good underground parking for an extra €14/day. The only issue was that wifi internet was not good, kept disconnecting. even when connected speed was low (7/6). I finally gave up and used mobile hotspot from my phone, lucky I have roaming and hotspot allowed. I hope they improve their wifi in the future.

Nice big room close to the Kurpark

Nice hotel, very quiet, next to the park and easy 10 minute walk from Bad Homburg S Bahn station. Convenient for restaurants. Very nice breakfast, if a little expensive, but the overnight rate is very reasonable.

It's not a 4 star hotel. It's a family run hotel that has suffered due to the Covid pandemic. But so have many other hotels and they have bounched back. This one hasn't. Reception: Ok when checking in. Not Ok when checking out. I was asked to pay again despite having prepaid via hotels.com. Breakfast room: Closed. €14 pp to have a cold breakfast delivered to our door. Or get up and get washed and walk 5mins to Louisenstraße and chose the breakfast you really want. Loads of breakfast restuarants. For the same price. Restaurant/Bar: Closed If I'd know this in advance I never would have booked. Room: Spacious and a fantastic renovated bathroom. But the room was dated and dirty. Stains on the carpet. I put my black wallet on the balcony table and then picked it up nearly white. Covered in dust. Housekeeping: None existent. Which probably explains the dirt. Service: There is no service. No staff. Except the receptionists. No in-room coffee/tea making facilties. You have to go to the lobby and pay €2.50 to make your own cup of tea/coffee and €4.50 to take a beer out of the lobby fridge! Edeka is 2mins around the corner where you can buy the same beer for €0.90. Location: It's a fantastic location. Very quiet at night. 5mins from Louisenstraße (main street) and a beautiful, historical park to walk around during the day. It's 100% not a 4 star hotel. It's just a bed for the night. Nothing else. And I'm sure I'll find it cheaper elsewhere.

I don’t understand how this hotel is rated a 4-star hotel. The shower head was nice. Other than that, everything was old and run down. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The room had no air conditioning, fans, or air circulation. The patio was dirty and covered with cigarette butts. The carpet and furnishings were very old and the entire place smelled strongly of dust.

Fairly basic, dated hotel but clean and comfortable.

nice location very nice hotel only drawback is the beds are a bit hard and room for one uses a twin comforter and one pillow seems a bit cheap for a otherwise nice hotel.

Nice big room ( Schwalbennest) , huge comfortable bed, very clean, everything was working, lovely staff, a delicious breakfast. No complaints whatsoever.

Mold on the shower door, a big disappointment. They promise a park or courtyard view. Our room looked over the roof of the bar with a tree overgrowing it. No courtyard. I'm not sure what makes this a four-star property. I'd say 2.5 stars. The hotel pic in their listing... the actual hotel is neither of the two large buildings you see upfront. It's the narrow slip of a building between those two.

Room was too warm. No A/C. Charge for garage and Kurtax was just as much as the room.
