My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night in April 2025 and overall had a good time. The hotel is about 15 minutes walking distance from the center of charming Kazimierz Dolny, and is itself in a quiet and scenic area right of the village next to a forest on the hill. There is plenty of parking but the road leading to the hotel is very narrow and immediately before and after the hotel it wasn’t in the best state with many potholes. The rooms are of decent size but not extremely big. What was nice though is to have a balcony as part of the room. The check-in and check-out worked fine although the receptionist when we arrived didn’t speak English, which made it harder to communicate when we asked about the spa. Unfortunately, the spa was already booked out, which is disappointing given that the hotel advertises itself as a spa hotel to some extent. I had dinner in the adjacent restaurant and it was tasty and good, albeit with some room for improvement. My dinner highlight was the starter - a delicious chicken soup - followed by the main (duck breast, a tad on the sweet side for me but still very good) and my least favorite course was the dessert, which was lacking in flavor to some extent.

The hotel itself is really nice, clean and calm. Beautiful garden. 10 minutes to the center. The service was not very good. When I wanted to go for a walk early in the morning it was impossible we were locked in the hotel. Impossible to go out!! No answer at the reception until 0730 o'clock. Monday morning no coffee at breakfast but nobody to speak to, at the dining room.

the hotel and spa facilities were all good with gorgeous grounds. The staff were pleasant and the girls in the spa were lovely. However, if they give you room 24 on the first floor, then ask for another. The cleaning staff are located next door and come in around 6am. The noise level is too high for that time of morning and I was woken up every day by their chatter. The 10-15 minute walk to the town is easy and a treat when you get there.

One of the best places in Kazimierz Dolny with great location and nice staff. Close to all attractions. Reasonable pricing.

Clean and comfortable place. Nice spa, good food and surprisingly good coffee. It is rather expensive, but one can negotiate prices.
