H10 Atlantic Sunset and it has exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. Every area is impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The food has been exceptional throughout our stay, with a fantastic variety and something for everyone. Every meal has been fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff are what truly make this hotel special. Every member of the team has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. We would especially like to thank Jeanfrank, who looked after our family so well. He is always smiling, attentive, kind, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. He is a real credit to H10 Atlantic Sunset. We have travelled to many hotels over the years, and this is one of the best experiences we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend H10 Atlantic Sunset to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with everything. The food was absolutely delicious, always fresh, varied, and of very good quality. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel offers excellent facilities for children, including fun activities and wonderful shows for kids every evening, which made the experience even more special for families. The view was breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. The reception team was exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel truly valued as guests from the very first moment. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The level of care and attention towards guests was truly outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return anytime!

We had a very good stay at the hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient, and our room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. There were a few areas for improvement. The pool bar closes at 6:00 pm, so you have to go inside for drinks afterward. The food at the Mercados restaurant was inconsistent, some meals were very good, while others were overly salty. The desserts were disappointing, and if you arrive later for dinner (around 8:30–9:00 pm), the buffet is already being cleared with very limited dessert options left. We were also disappointed that breakfast room service is only available for guests who are sick. Overall, despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent staff and comfortable accommodations.

Super clean. Friendly staff, especially Roschdi and Remon. Amazing sunset from the View restaurant every night. Try to book a room away from the Hard Rock hotel as the music blasts out every night. We had room 3218 which was massive. With a wrap around balcony only issue was it was a low floor so we were seen naked from fellow guests on the ground floor. Go a little higher if you’re shy.

This was our second stay at H10 Atlantic Sunset, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait over two hours, finally getting access at 4:30pm. During this time, no food, drinks, or any gesture of goodwill was offered despite the lengthy delay. Guests should also be aware that there is currently major construction work taking place next door, with a new apartment complex being built. The constant digging and noise lasted throughout the day and completely ruined the peaceful atmosphere we expected. Photos included proposed plans which will be a couple of years of construction. We had booked the rooftop suite the top room and were surprised to find that, despite being on half board, we were restricted to eating only in the buffet restaurant rather than having access to the other restaurants on site. The final straw was being served raw burgers in the buffet. I raised this serious food safety concern with management, but the response was disappointing. The manager’s solution was simply to offer €50 off our bill, which felt wholly inadequate given the issues we experienced. We returned because we had enjoyed our first stay, but sadly this visit was nothing like the previous one. Between the delayed check-in, construction noise, dining restrictions, and food quality concerns, we would not return and cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.
