The lobby was nice, but the room lacked a mini fridge. Other hotels offer a fridge for the same price. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough, and the shower water wasn't hot.

The room was fairly clean, although there was already hair on the bed when I entered. The AC wasn't cold enough.

Rooms aren't inspected before guests check in, so guests must file complaints before they are addressed. Don't be half-hearted in your guest service and ensure a comfortable stay.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed linens were spotless. Unfortunately, there were hair and small ants on the floor and table. The AC wasn't cold enough, and the soundproofing wasn't good.

The location is close to Ocean Park, and you can walk to Teras Kota next door. The room was clean, but the AC in room 320 leaked a bit. The staff was friendly. If I get a job in Ocean Park next time, I'll stay here again.
