It was actually quite comfortable, and I really liked the variety of breakfast options. The only slight drawbacks were the very small shower and sink. Drinking water was limited to two bottles a day, and the room smelled of cigarettes. Hopefully, the next one will be better.

This is my second time staying here. This time I got a room on the 7th floor. The second experience was very unpleasant. As soon as I entered the room, I smelled musty, like clothes that hadn't dried. I went to the pool, sprayed perfume on my room, and returned an hour and 30 minutes later, and the smell was still there. The intercom in my room wasn't working. I finally went down to the reception to report the intercom and the smelly room. A technician arrived shortly after, and the intercom was working. When I wanted to use it, it went dead again, and it turned out the cable had come loose. I managed to install it myself and reported the problem again. The solution was to bring Bayfresh. The staff came and sprayed Bayfresh, but the smell still persisted. So, I opened the room, holding my sandals in the hope that the smell would subside or my nose would get used to it.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not a pleasant experience, especially because of the service at the restaurant during breakfast. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was no greeting or warm welcome from the staff. I even had to ask for a table, but my request was ignored and the staff simply walked away. In another situation, I saw guests looking for a place to rinse off after swimming, but the staff just stared at them without offering any assistance. In addition, many of the breakfast items ran out and were not refilled promptly. Guests had to wait for quite some time, which was disappointing and affected the overall breakfast experience. It was quite noticeable that the hotel’s staff training and grooming standards need significant improvement, particularly in terms of hospitality, attentiveness, and customer service. Overall, this was my personal experience staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it will probably be my first and last visit.

Don't close the balcony door; it's best to leave it open. You can add acrylic or GRC panels to the railing for security, or install a small window to let in fresh air. A stuffy room is uncomfortable.

All the staff are friendly, and the facilities are great. The kids loved the spacious pool and its many slides.

I always come here on vacation, but this is the first time I've had a smoking room, but the balcony wouldn't open. It was a corner room, 205, and it was incredibly damp.

A comfortable, strategic location, clean rooms with a mini fridge, and a fun kids' pool. Unfortunately, there was a minor power outage that night, causing the entire room to go out for 30-45 minutes.

This is my first time experiencing a hotel electrical short circuit, resulting in a blackout. And the air in the B1 parking lot for motorcycles is unpleasant and smelly. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the B1 parking lot so it's comfortable to breathe.

The location is very close to the SMS mall. It's clean, and the pool is large enough for both children and adults to swim. It's clean and the service is good.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the large slide wasn't open. I've stayed here twice before, bringing my kids so they could play in the pool. Both times, the large slide wasn't open. It was a real disappointment.

The hotel is close to the mall, the swimming pool is very kids friendly.
