Fried rice with bland vermicelli is only good, only omelet, there are no towels in the queue, it's getting worse and worse

Please improve the cleanliness of the room, especially the towels, because after 2 days of staying the towels smelled musty.

My first experience celebrating New Year's here was at a price that was several times the price of the room. However, I thought the good reviews and the location were not far from home, so I decided to stay here and requested a room facing SMS, assisted by Ms. Alita (thank you for your hospitality) so I could enjoy the fireworks from the hotel balcony. 1. Around 6:30 a.m., when I checked in, I noticed water dripping from the AC unit. No one was aware of this, even a senior employee (possibly a female FOM or MOD) came out of the FO door. And I apologize, after the check-in process, I had to inform the FO about the AC condensation. The hotel was having an event, where was the MOD? 2. On New Year's Eve, after dinner, I returned to my room hoping to enjoy New Year's Eve on the balcony with the kids. However, the balcony door was locked. I called the FO to ask if it could be opened. The FO said they would send someone to my room at that time. After half an hour, no one came to the room, so I contacted the FO again with the same request, "Can the balcony door be opened?" And again, the FO confirmed it. I waited until the fireworks in the text message started, but no one came to my room. My kids and I went to bed disappointed, unable to enjoy the fireworks on the balcony as they had hoped. I don't mind if the balcony door can't be opened for safety reasons, but shouldn't guests also have the right to clear confirmation? I'm also a hotelier at a chain in Central Jakarta and regret the communication between the FO and other departments (ENG/HK) that there was such a lapse. My hopes were dashed. 3. In the morning, we went to the first floor for breakfast and a swim, but why did the children's pool smell? I don't know why, because I felt uncomfortable with the smell, which made me feel like I was swimming in a fish pond. So, I asked my kids to move to the inner pool for a while and waited for them to get bored with the water play.

Friendly staff, clean room, very comfortable room, cold AC, book a room according to request, make the kids' holiday even happier, next holiday will be here again.

booked 2 rooms... the lights were out, asked for replacement, no follow up, complained... the other room's AC wasn't cold, no follow up, the room smelled musty, asked for Bay Fresh to be sprayed but it smelled of GPU... hehhehee...

Please note that the towel is dull, even though the others are quite okay.

If you bring children, make sure the size of the bed, order a double bed, when checking in it says it's full, get a single bed (there's a dead table between the beds), you can put them together but the bed has to be moved forward so the head can't lean back and the space is narrow, the bathroom is full of dust and black flakes, the towels are starting to turn yellow, lots of brown stains, rough, the room is probably full of dust because we sneezed a lot while there, the breakfast plates were dusty, strategic location

The experience of staying here for 2 nights was quite pleasant. Unfortunately, breakfast on the first day was a bit disappointing: the order for boiled eggs was not available for 30 minutes with the excuse that the staff on duty at the egg station was "busy making omelets", the tissue ran out and was not immediately refilled, the request for a baby chair was not immediately brought until I had to get it myself, the dirty plates were not immediately removed from the table. Fortunately, there was an improvement at breakfast on the second day, boiled eggs were immediately available. even though the swimming pool is very attractive for children.

I stayed during a long weekend plus school holidays, so I got a decent price compared to normal days. Overall, it was quite good, but I have a few comments that might be helpful for the hotel. Pros + Fast check-in with no deposit, and very helpful front desk representative Ms. Mutiara. I got room 601 and received a 50,000 rupiah pot voucher to order food at the restaurant with a minimum spend of 100,000 rupiah. + The long-haired and sweet-smiling lady at Yugo Restaurant was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a slice cake for my anniversary and it was delivered to my room for only 70,000 rupiah for 2. + Spacious room, complete and clean amenities. There were also chairs and a hairdryer. The balcony has a pool view. If you want the balcony door opened, just ask the staff and they will open it. + Large pool. There are three levels: 2 children's pools, 50 and 80 cm, and several slides. There is an adult pool with a height of 140 cm. Location near a restaurant + Breakfast is quite varied for carbs. Besides white rice, there's liwet rice, pasta, sumsum porridge, and chicken porridge. There are stir-fried vegetables, various drinks, pastries, and eggs. Food refills are quick, and you don't have to wait long for refills. What I like most is that the coffee is machine-made, not sachets, so it's richer, thicker, and more fragrant. + All the staff are friendly, from check-in to check-out. I really like it. + Strategic location. Close to SMS and Scientia. There are also many snack stalls and a minimarket nearby. Walking to the surrounding shops is still very comfortable. Now - My room is very hot, especially during the day. The technician has repaired it, but it hasn't helped much. Perhaps it's time for an upgrade to the AC, as it looks old. Honestly, it's really uncomfortable during the incredibly hot afternoon :( - Besides the AC, the exhaust in my bathroom was off. After checking, thank God it was back on because without the exhaust, it was really stuffy and smelly. Next time, maybe you could check the exhaust, AC, and room amenities before guests arrive. - The floor is a bit dusty. - During peak season and when there are lots of guests queuing during check-in, maybe they could provide a complimentary welcome drink. Overall 8/10. Would you come back? Of course, God willing. At that price, it's still worth it.

😍 It was a pleasant experience staying here and it is close to everywhere, places to eat and Sumarecon Serpong Mall, it is also close to places to eat and the breakfast is delicious and clean.

The hotel staff is very friendly and polite.

When I entered, the floor was really dirty. I asked for a doormat and they immediately said yes, but when I got home they didn't bring it... the sheets and towels weren't white anymore... the only plus point was... the swimming pool for the kids was okay.

There were still hairs on the hotel room when we arrived. Please clean the room more. Please offer more variety in the food, especially breakfast.

The place is good and the service is quite good...the speed of check-in could be improved further.
