Amazing property, clean and comfortable!! Staff was amazing during our whole stay, thank you!!

This hotel was overall good experience. The ocean view was very good. The bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and the room also had a large tub. Was some bird waste on the balcony. The elevators go to there destination quickly. Staff was great. Starbucks and Bar on property. Many good pools and gym for guests. Love the aesthetic art near the beach.

We love staying at the Lotte. The beach access/area is a little more private than other parts of Tumon beach. The room is spacious; the bathroom is large with great lighting options. The balcony door for our room was extremely hard to open and close this stay. Our room also had issued staying cold/getting cold if you opened either the hotel door or balcony door for too long. The Beng Teng Spa is our favorite on island. We book massages whether we are staying there or not. If your room is located in the tower/beach view balcony then the parking is a little annoying. There IS a parking lot at the bottom of you side of the hotel however the "Staff Door" can be locked at inconvenient times even though all the guests were using it to get in and out. The parking located at the main entrance is VERY small/limited and the parking across the street is far enough. Having to park on your side of the hotel and still having to walk around to the main entrance is an oversight we hope to see remedied on our next visit. We had special offers during this stay. Free bottle of wine and free beers and cocktails at the pool after 8 or 830pm and it was adults only during that time. Overall we would still choose to stay at the Lotte. The amenities make up for the quirks we dont care for as much.

Rooms were well maintained and spacious. Room amenities had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The gentleman at check in was great. The female at checkout was terrible.

Family friendly

Inconvenient. We can’t snack nor drink anything by the pool even if we rented two Rooms. We were told not even if we bought it From the coffee shop there, it had to be by the pool bar which didn’t open until 12pm and we were there since 9. We had young children hungry from swimming and the sun.

Post storm staff failed to inform a.c wasn't working well, room was warm and smelled of mold. Room is dated and needs an upgrade as well as the bathroom. Additionally the towels and bath robes aren't soft at all. The Fitness center has old equipment and most weren't working well. The weights were dirty and there were no available paper towels or disinfectant to clean equipment before and after use. Staff were nice unfortunately it doesn't compensate for the property needing improvements.

After typhoon, the hotel was relying on emergency generator

I stayed here for a few days this time, though I’ve been to this hotel multiple times and I keep coming back. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well equipped, the rooms are comfortable and have fantastic views, and the breakfast buffet has a huge variety of options. But my favorite thing is the infinity pool overlooking beautiful Tumon bay.

The entire resort is dated and could use a serious refresh. The furniture is worn out inside and out. The beach amenities are old, falling apart, and lacking. However, it is a nice stay, in a close location to downtown, and all the staff are great!

Clean room/beach view

Excellent in all ways and very competitively priced. 100% of employees are exceptional. Customer base is 95% Korean and inspirationally pleasant including many very young children who were all also inspirational. Beautiful location accessible to all necessary locations and services. NEVER use a Guam Taxi, and save 30% to 40% in comparison to cabs by downloading the “STROLL GUAM” app before arriving. It is owned by Hertz and is flawless.

Everything is good. Will come back.

Good view, clean room, and nice pool.

The ocean view rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful; the staff were very friendly. The hotel premise was also clean and very nice. We used the swimming pools (including the children's pool) and enjoyed the children's playland (you will need to pay by the hour; it's not owned by the hotel). The breakfast buffet was delicious. Parking was available at all times even when there was a weekend event. The only downside was the delayed check in for one of our rooms (we had 3 room reservations). We were told that we could check in at 3 pm; our room was available about an hour later. All in all, the customer service of all the staff was excellent. They were really generous and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.
