The room was quite large, the receptionist was friendly, and requests were responded to, but many things could be improved. The phone was dead, the shower faucet was difficult to close, dripping all night, the sink was creaky and the faucet was loose, so I almost didn't dare use it for fear of it coming off. The shower head was covered in moss. The room's lighting was minimal, with no lights at all on one side near the window.

The room is nice, there is a bathtub, it is close to the mall and there are also lots of food stalls around it.

Friendly hotel staff, good service, delicious food (breakfast)

The hotel is actually nice and comfortable, especially the rooms—the air conditioning is very cool and comfortable to rest in. However, there are a few things to be aware of, such as the lack of maintenance. The hallways are dark and the elevators sometimes have problems, which can be quite worrying. Furthermore, the staff on duty also seems inadequate. It's a shame, because this hotel has great potential if it could be improved.

Pillows smell, refrigerator is dead, hot water is not working

A 4-star hotel, but it doesn't feel like one. There are no slippers. There's a late check-out fee, but it's never required at other hotels. Or maybe I'm just out of touch with this policy. There's a menu in the room, but it can't be ordered. Even though it's a 4-star hotel, why isn't there a kitchen? The staff said food is only available at breakfast.

Not bright, feels stuffy due to the dim light

We stayed here because of its proximity to the airport and its location in the heart of Kuta. The staff were also very friendly and quick to assist; upon arrival, the shower in the room wasn’t working. However, the staff fixed it right away. The downsides might be that the hotel is a bit old and could use some maintenance, the lighting in the lobby and hallways is a bit dim, and there’s no air conditioning while waiting to check in. The room cleanliness was excellent and well-maintained. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast or other meals because I left very early in the morning to head to my next destination.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite spacious, especially the bathrooms. Sleeping comfortably is also comfortable. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. The rooftop has a long swimming pool, perfect for watching the sunset.

It's just dark in the room and the hallway, so far OK.

The hotel room was spacious. It had complete amenities and a bathtub. The hotel was reasonably priced. The only downside was the inadequate lighting near the lobby, as some lights were turned off at night.

The hotel staff are all friendly, responsive, the rooms are clean, and the food is varied and delicious at an affordable price. By the way, my family and I have stayed here many times. It's highly recommended.

The condition of the first room when we first entered there were cockroaches and the bathroom was still clean, there were traces of hair in the bathtub, the condition of the hotel was very poorly maintained, so we finally asked to be upgraded to a room with a balcony, the worst thing was the hot water didn't work and the toilet smelled really bad.

At first I was happy because there was a bathtub, it could entertain the kids, but when I entered the room it was really stuffy, the bedroom smelled bad because the AC was old, the room was old, it was scary even in the room, even in the middle of the night there were rustling sounds on the walls, maybe mice or something, making it hard to sleep, the glasses and spoons were not replaced, used and dirty, the blanket was itchy and dirty to the point of asking for a replacement from the cleaning service, there was no doormat/footcloth, the hot water didn't even work, so I had to take a cold shower, I had so many complaints, but what can I do?

The hotel is comfortable, close to everywhere, only the first day there was a cockroach in the room and there was the sound of a mouse above the room, but otherwise it was comfortable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating! My second time staying in this hotel, and I still have a good experience.

The bedroom is comfortable and clean. It's not far from the city and the culinary center. Checked the front windows again, some wouldn't lock.

So disappointing. Just opened the door and was greeted by cockroaches.
