The hotel staff is friendly, the location is easy to reach and strategic.

Throughout my stay, all the staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very helpful during check-in. The room also had a great view. This hotel is definitely a great one.

My staycation with my wife and three children was comfortable, despite the old building. It was clean and had a luxurious feel. The only drawback was the complicated access; you had to go around the area to get to the lobby.

Chose this hotel because it is close to Istora Senayan, check in is easy, the luxurious aura is still felt, even though it is classic it is still well maintained, friendly staff, clean rooms, bathrooms with bathtubs, cold AC, hot and cold water that works well, check out is also easy, enter the hotel through the door on Jl. Sudirman, suitable for staying especially if there is an event around GBK.

This hotel is actually almost perfect for my business trip, which requires a location in central Jakarta. The only drawback now is access. While it used to be very easy to get to from Senayan/GBK, now it requires a circuitous route, which can be confusing for guests.

The hotel is very comfortable and in a prime location, very close to GBK, the mall, and other popular attractions. It's an older hotel, but very clean, with authentic Indonesian design. I hope this hotel continues to attract loyal customers. Please maintain the hospitality, comfort, and cleanliness.

Hotel in the GBK complex, just walking distance... good service, good facilities... suitable for a staycation or when there is an event at GBK.

old hotel needs renovation and maintenance

The room is still well maintained, clean, everything works well, the hotel staff is very friendly, this is the third time I have stayed here, because it is really this comfortable. 🙏💕

All good, maybe the room facilities need to be updated, yesterday it was really hard to flush the toilet..

Staying for 3 days 2 nights was a pleasant experience for my parents and children. The bed was soft and comfortable. The food variety was quite a lot and tasted good. My child always loves dim sum and chocolate muffins. The children's pool area is very limited but that's okay, because there is also a playground in the park. The hot water in the room is not hot, just lukewarm, warm enough for children to bathe. The staff are friendly. The cleaning service at the restaurant always greets you every day. Drinks in the room refrigerator are free compliments. Very close to GBK and JCC, just walking distance. Recepcionist Ms. Fany received us kindly and was very helpful with our room request which required a connecting door, until we got a free room upgrade. Food orders via ojol can be left at the receptionist. The downside is that access to the lobby is complicated and winding until you have to go through the dark and very quiet apartment basement. Overall staying here is pleasant. Will come back again.

This hotel is good to be relied on if there is an event at GBK, chose to stay here because it also participates in BTN Jakim. It's just that the quality of the hotel has dropped significantly since the last time I stayed. The shower and bathtub faucets are very loud, the TV in the room is difficult to operate, I even called room service, but the TV was down again in the morning. The variety of food has also dropped significantly in variety and taste. Hopefully it will improve soon, my favorite and mainstay hotel.
